Subway — Restaurant in Texas

1 - Heavily tattooed black dude making the sandwiches was super sweaty... there's no way that he didn't drip into the sandwiches and/or ingredients

2 - They skipped me in line and moved the lady next to me, ahead of me. She apologized, even though it was the worker's fault

3 - There was a sign on the counter that said "Ask for a free sample of soup", so I said, at the register, "can I get a free sample of soup?" and they just looked at me with a confused expression and the short white lady said "We don't do free samples." So then I pointed at the sign and said "well it says to ask for a free sample of soup...so I thought I'd just ask for a free sample of soup..." they seemed irritated and gave me a tiny cup of soup finally.

4 - I went to use a Subway giftcard. (black guy) said "there's 0 dollas on it." So I pull out another one and try it. "0 dollas." So I pull out my last card. "0 dollas." Then the white lady leaned over and pushed a button or something. And guess what? I'm actually not an idiot. The cards all had $10 on them. The guy had no idea what he was doing. He was doing it wrong. This hold up caused the other customers in line to get anxious, and made me look like I was the cause of it.

5 - BUT my friend went through before me and tried to pay with the giftcards too, but the white lady didn't fix it. So he had to waste money off of his debit card, when the only reason we went to Subway was because we had giftcards.

6 - They offered no apology for their lack of competence, and wasting our time and money.

You know they actually pay these people? Is it really that hard? I'm not going to this one again. Go to Liberty; I've never had problems there and the staff is actually...

Oh man, did we have an experience there! The two girls there 100% hated their jobs and that was extremely apparent. You could almost hear their eyes rolling as we walked in the door.

It all started out decent but things quickly turned. The first girl "meat and bread girl" acted like having to restock the cheese that myself and the lady before me asked for (two different cheese's so she was just huffing when I asked for one that needed restocking as well) keep in mind she only had to walk 2 feet away to get cheese out of a bag and plop it down into a bin. Then my husband asked for a bread that wasn't out of the little black things they get cooked in so she had to remove them and she did so in a very frustrated manner. The chicken he ordered was haphazardly thrown on the bread and when she went to toast it she tossed it so hard into the oven all the meat and cheese went everywhere, so you she was even more angry that she had to clean it up. Moving onto the toppings girl, COVERED in head to toe tattoos, not good ones either. The lady before me got over charged and the toppings girl could care less. The toppings girl straight out ignored her while "tending to us". The lady stormed out. Once it got to us the meat girl had pulled three more sandwiches and had them all lined up before ours. Then couldn't understand why we were saying put those behind ours.

Out of ranch, as if that's even possible. No they were too lazy to walk to the cooler and get more. Also no banana peppers.

3 stars because the food was fresh. 2 stars taken away because of the girls. But a good...

Today my husband and I went in to get sandwiches usually we get good service but today not so much. The girl and boy behind the counter were extremely rude. I ordered a 6in BMT no problem when the girl pulled my sandwich out of the toaster I asked for lettuce. She put a little on there so I politely asked for a little more that’s when all hell broke loose. She got pissed yanked the lettuce tray slammed open the freezer door got some more and through the lettuce tray back down. Then asked for bell pepper and extra pickles she put way more than what I asked but ok I kept my mouth closed. Then oil and vinegar which she then soaked my sandwich and a lot of salt and pepper needless to say I wasn’t going to complain but then when my husband order double meat the guy started to rip the meat in half and called it double meat needless to say he got upset and asked if I wanted to go somewhere else I said if you want and we told them never mind and left and as we left the girl was even more rude with...
