iWinngs Wings & Ribs TX — Restaurant in Texas

This place has gotten a lot of love from the community, unfortunately I can't find it in me...this has to be an honest review.

The wings were very subpar, sorry. They look meaty...they look delish...but the flavors were quite lacking. One...what is up with the chives and sesame seeds. They did ask me if I wanted them on there...I said sure. But I don't see how that adds anything to the flavor profile of the wing. Is it for texture? I have noticed it's more common in Mexico..so maybe they're bringing that practice over here? But offering it on every wing? Sesame seeds and chives do not go with every single wing flavor. Moving on...

The wings were a good size...and well cooked. I think these are air fried...so the fry on the wing left a little more to be desired. I honestly don't remember the flavors I chose...but probably Iwiings and Buffalo...

The one thing that really threw me off...and almost made me stop eating, was their ranch in the small cups. I wish I had not stirred the ranch that much to have recorded it better..so I was given 3 cups and each cup was the same. As I was dipping my wings into the small cup, I noticed the bottom of the cup was extremely watery, while the ranch at the top was very thick. It could be simply explained...dressings settle. But it made me wonder...do they water down their dressings? Or did the ranch settle? But then why did it settle toward the top...maybe they have the cups upside down, so it settled to the top because of that? But still ...it was very unsettling to see all of sudden this watery mess push up through the ranch...I tried to record it right but I had already mixed it too much. One of the few times I can say I was almost grossed out on a food item and stopped eating.

Is it worth the love? Well they also sell ribs..but if your name is based on wings, I will grade you on wings. Even with their great discounts, unfortunately will not try this...

9/19/25 Went with my dad, he order the rib combo with comes with a stack of ribs, fries, and a mexican corn on the cob. This order don't come with a drink you have to order one seperate. I ordered the large wing combo which comes with 10 bone in wings (mild) fries and a drink. The drinks are cans not fountain drinks FYI. Anywho, my dad said he loves the ribs and fries. He said the mexican corn was ok. I loved the fries the wings were ok. In my opinion it seem like there was no flavor other then the wing sause and it was not as strong. Only thing I like about them was that the meat came of the bone really easily. I have not been able to suck the meat out from any wing expect this one. Don't get me wrong the wings are good, but not the best. I think bufalo wild wings are better. Just...

I will give an honest assessment of my first time visit here. I read most of the reviews on here and all of them have a valid point. I can somewhat see what someone mentioned about flavor. I sincerely think that the wings were absolutely exceptional! However, they did lack a little kick. This can be easily remedied not by adding more ingredients rather make it more potent thus increased Flavor. I actually enjoyed them. Very tender and juicy very fresh and delicious. I ordered boneless. I can honestly say the owner did quite well and remember everyone management or the owner can’t address the issue if you don’t let them know but keep coming back and leave them a chance. I think this would be more fair than just not coming...
