JB'S BARBEQUE LLC — Restaurant in Texas

Ordered 1 whole brisket, 4 pounds of jalapeño cheese sausage, and 21 boudin balls for $150. It also came with pickles, onions, bbq sauce and the brisket drippings (more places should offer the drippings). The amount of food and quality was outstanding for the price and I am not sure it can be beat.

Top 4 or 5 briskets that I have gotten, and was definitely better than Tejas BBQ in my (and the majority who ate its opinion).

Brisket was moist, and tender with a great flavor. The bark wasn't as thick as some other places but the flavor and moist-ness were great. Sausage had good flavor and that snap and the boudin balls were very good as well.

The best part was that the place is closed on Wednesday, but I reaches out and they were more than happy to cook my "large" order for me. I met the gentleman at the reasturant at the exact time we agreed upon since they were closed. He went above and beyond to help me out.

These are the small businesses that we should be supporting, and am grateful I found good BBQ down by my work.

Checked out all reviews on restaurants in my area it's a shame everyone averages 3.2 that's a shame and scary until I found this little place off homestead Rd next to his church. I went because the place had a five star rating. I got shrimp and fish and it was good but I didn't get any cocktail or tartar sauce with meal and only ate a few of the frys. I also bought a two meat for friend ,ribs and links, and he just said it was ok. I had the links also and thought they great. I also got the boudain balls.
