I've been here numerous times before and have never had an issue until last night. Their closing time is supposed to be 3am and we have come through this drive-through various times in the past just before closing time and I never order anything complicated. Last night we expected the same thing, but were told at the drive through speaker that they were closed. I replied saying that their listed closing time states that they're open until 3am. She then said that they only allow for uber delivery or door dash to order. I asked why that would make a difference. She then replied that they stop taking orders from drive through customers at 2:30; I looked at the time and it was 2:33. Asked manager for more cheese and she charged .92. instead of making the loaded nachos with some cheese the correct way. I paid then I changed my mind, no put it back on my card. She tells me to take a picture of my receipt with my phone. I looked at her all kinds of crazy, No ma'am! Drive through lady/man said no she needs that.
