Taco Real — Restaurant in Texas

I have eaten at this restaurant before, but after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I watched an employee kick out a homeless woman—even though she had purchased food from the restaurant and was simply trying to eat. She remained calm and kind despite the situation, but it was heartbreaking to see her forced out into 30-degree weather.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. A business that lacks basic compassion for others does not deserve support. I left immediately, feeling unwelcome myself, and I strongly urge others to take their money elsewhere. No one should have to witness such inhumane behavior while simply trying to...

The food here is pretty good - tortillas made in house, nice spicy salsa - but the customer service is the absolute worst.

This morning at about 6:45, the line was out the door. There were people milling about in the kitchen talking, the lady at the register is looking at her phone, and NO ONE was making tacos.

If you're like most people who are trying to get to work in the morning, be sure and leave an extra 30 minutes if you want to come here. I have tried eating at this place different times and it gets worse 1. The ladies that make your tacos are very rude never will you here them say good morning or hello nothing they are always with a face and ugly attitude 2 flour tortillas are not cooked right you I tried telling one day yo the lady and she got mad and said I don’t make them, the place is very dirty.
