I have been going to this place for a quite some time now with my family and we love the ice cream and the concept of gelati's and overall the environment inside the store as well. I'm assuming there was a change in management because the customer service went from awesome to just good. Nothing wrong with the employees but I went through the drive thru a couple times last week and they just seem tired and not wanting to be there, it felt a little unwelcoming. I don't know if the guy is just softspoken and quiet but I kind of miss when I would be met with a warm smile and lively faces. Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, a Florida-based frozen treat shop has amazing frozen treats opened up new locations in Alliana, Richmond area, Katy, Cypress woods and Cypress Springs. We tried the Richmond location and loved the Gelati, Italian ice and soft serve flavors.

With more than 40 flavors of Italian ice to choose from, the layers are swirled into cream, rich and soft ice cream and there are ENDLESS combinations to choose from. Flavors include banana, black cherry, bahama freeze, blueberry, caffe latte, cake batter, candy cane gelati, coconut, cookie butter, scoop froggy frog, sour green apple, strawberry!

We decided to introduce our family to Jeremiah’s. While the service and desserts were satisfactory, we were outrightly disappointed when the staff asked us to leave immediately after finishing our dessert. We were waiting for another family member to clear the line, but it’s unacceptable for them to ask guests to leave without considering that we arrived with approximately 20 people. Next time asking a paying guest to leave bc other guests need a seat they might want to think twice bc web have a higher chance of coming back bc we were bringing people to your establishment.
