Horrible experience. I went there today to pick up my order. This black car tailgated me, I slowed down,had I made a turn from the first entrance he would have hit me. So, I slowed down and put on my blinker again and turned in from the second entrance which is narrow. This black car all tinted swung around me and parked on the side of apizzahut. I got scared and as I turned in there was a white car ahead of me. I said Sorry. Shortly I realized both were employees. I took my wallet and as soon as I approached the door, the black employee started using the f# word. I told him not to use that kind of language and he wen t on and on calling names. I threatened to call the police. Irony is nobody was telling him to stop cursing and calling names. They were laughing. But when I raised my voice and stood up for myself, I was told by the Manager to keep I t low. It was disgusting. I felt I was dealing with some kind of gangsters. I walked out. They all gathered up. My son was traumatized. I wish they hire people and give them proper training. I have never come across a business like this where I and my child felt traumatized. I could only hear one name involved -Andy. I dont know the other guys name. Disgusting. Their attitude is as if they are doing favour to their customers. Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, wings, chocolate cookie and a 2 liter of pepsi. Delivery guy shows up late, wearing headphones and listening to music with cold food, mountain dew instead of pepsi (and gave the excuse that they ran out and his manager said to bring mountain dew mind u they could have called to ask), then he wants the $ when we paid online and have confirmation. when asked what was going to be done about the drink (because we don't drink mountain dew) he says we could go buy some pepsi. Of course he immediately stated that he meant he could go buy some pepsi and bring it to us. We called the only phone number (because apparently the delivery guy doesn't even have the phone number for where he works) we wait on hold for 17 mins to finally get the manager, who immediately starts asking us where his driver is (as if we should know or care), he shows 0 concern for why we are upset, just says he'll have them remake it and another driver bring it (with no appology or any concern in any of the conversation) and then HANGS UP ON ME!!! Another hour and 5 mins we finally get our correct order (luke warm) but with Dr. Pepper. Total wait time was 2 hours and 15 minutes for our correct order. This was our first time ordering from this store and we will NEVER order...
Read moreThis place is horrible the customer service is terrible. The female manager is very rude and doesn't give a damn about customers spending their money with them. I ordered pizza for my family here on 07/01/2019 at 4:42 pm, the pizza came an hour late, I had to call the restaurant to see what was taking so long and the manager tried to insinuate that I did not have an order with her store because she typed my phone number in wrong. After she realized she typed it in wrong she didn't apologize. She then called the driver who was just knocking at my door at 5:45pm as if he wasn't late. So I told her this was unacceptable, she then proceeds to tell me well I can off you a $10 credit for your next visit. I told her absolutely not. Where was your driver with my food all this time??? What took him so long? Your system sent me a time of 5:10 pm for my pizza to be delivered not a whole hour later. Obviously customer service is not a priority to pizza hut when hiring staff. Very sad because customer service is what keeps customers coming back... And word of mouth is very serious too....This store needs a better manager because she is obviously not here for customer service. I rate this...
