Never again. Every time I come to this location it’s an issue. Ordered a 2 piece: leg and thigh - spicy. Cashier tells me it will be a 12 minute wait. I had no issue with that. I get to the window and the food was out in about 2-3 minutes. I go to drive off and check the food. It’s not what my wife asked for. I go back to let them know this is not what I asked for and when I make it to the window the cashier says “oh I don’t think they had they had that, that’s why they gave you that…” 🤔 that’s where the problem lies… so if you didn’t have it, why not tell me from the beginning of taking my order versus just giving me something that you “think” I’ll be ok with if I didn’t ask for it. He takes the box and about 1-2 minutes later he hands me the box with the pieces I actually requested from the beginning? Was that difficult? All of this under 6 minutes from the initial order so 12 minutes was never a factor in this equation. I’m not even a difficult person and always try to be reasonable especially in the food industry because I know they go through so much but this is a blatant display of poor customer service.
10/30/2024- POPEYES STRIKES AGAIN
Rude customer service and they literally made my wife cry and laughed in her face. My wife arrived at the drive thru and said I have a mobile order and I would like to place an order. The cashier told her to come to the window, she verified 3 times to ensure that was the right thing to do. She gets to the window and is told she can’t place an order there. The manager comes out and tells her she has to go back through the drive thru after stating the cashier told her to come to the window. My wife stated she wasn’t going back around and they started speaking Spanish like they weren’t just speaking English to her. The cashier laughs in her face and my wife questioned why was this funny and he said “yeah I’m laughing because it was funny”. People have enough going on during the day and literally she went there to get our family something to eat after running her errands and this is what customer service...
Read morewent here at around 1pm and got a 2 piece meal requesting for a chicken and a thigh, paid 10 dollars for this meal to be presented with a bite size leg and thigh. went back to the window , politely asking if i could PAY for another piece of chicken, not even asking it for free mind you, and both workers at the window, one in an orange shirt and one in a grey shirt (assuming some kind of leader position) was being extremely rude and dismissive. Making it seem like adding a piece of chicken, that again, i offered to pay for after presenting me with a very small leg, was an issue? They told me that’s how all of the chicken is coming out, i understand this. but why not tell your customers this instead of making it seem like it’s the most inconvenient thing in the world to put another piece of chicken in the box after almost allowing me to drive away with half of a 2 piece meal that i paid $10 for. I recommend to always check the box before you leave the drive thru, because this popeyes always forgets sauce, puts old chicken in the box, and now this? This is the closest popeyes to my house so i come here often but it’s unfortunate that the quality and customer service isn’t even the bare minimum.
UPDATE: i just ate my food, i got red beans and rice as my side, the rice was crunchy, there wasn’t a part of the bowl where the rice was fully cooked, and the chicken had 0 flavor. i got a thigh and leg combo, zero flavor. it seems as if the afternoon/mid shift crew today, July 7th, 2025, did not care about the quality of the food or the customer service at all. what’s the point of working in a fast food place if you’re not going to provide quality food or service?? i genuinely don’t understand. i hope the owner sees this because this popeyes has been having...

I recently tried Popeyes’ famed chicken sandwich, and let me tell you, it’s nothing short of a revelation. This sandwich isn't just food; it’s an experience, akin to shaking hands with Jesus himself.
The Sandwich:
From the very first bite, I was blown away. The chicken is outrageously crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside, a perfect harmony of textures. The seasoning is impeccable, hitting a balance of spices that dance on your palate, making every bite more irresistible than the last.
The Bun:
The bun is buttery and perfectly toasted, providing a soft yet sturdy vehicle for the glorious filling. It complements the chicken beautifully, adding just the right amount of sweetness to the spicy, savory goodness of the meat.
The Toppings:
The pickles are thick and crunchy, adding a delightful tang that cuts through the richness of the sandwich. The mayonnaise (or spicy mayo, if you prefer) ties everything together, adding a creamy layer of comfort that takes the sandwich to an almost divine level of deliciousness.
Overall Experience:
This sandwich is nothing short of ferocious in its flavor and construction. Every bite is a testament to fast-food perfection. It’s a sandwich that transcends the ordinary, turning a simple meal into an unforgettable culinary experience. If you haven't tried Popeyes' chicken sandwich yet, you're missing out on what feels like a divine encounter in the world of fried chicken.
