JK Donut — Restaurant in Texas

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Absolutely love this little donut shop!! This family owned shop is the best donut shop in Wylie. We didn’t even realize it was there when we first moved to Wylie, but once we found it, we haven’t gone anywhere else!!! Their donuts are always fresh light and perfect! It’s a small shop, there’s usually some kind of line, but it moves quickly and speaks to how good they are. We love the jalapeño and cheese kolaches, they’ll warm them up for you if you want as well. The sour cream donuts, glazed, chocolate, blueberry cake, glazed filled with raspberry, sausage and egg burritos, cinnamon rolls, literally everything we’ve ever had here has been great. They serve drinks as well including coffee, cokes, water, juice, and milk. They also do special orders for birthdays etc. When my daughter was younger we’d buy her the character donuts, and I’ve always enjoyed being able to choose the filling to my donuts. The most amazing donuts! I have been coming here for over the last fifteen years and they have the best donuts I’ve ever had. The kolaches are amazing too. The owners and employees are the nicest people. They are always coming out with fun new donut designs which I get so excited to see every time. I wont come here anymore, there is one specific older lady that ALWAYS over charges me when I come in to get donut holes for my three year old. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason half a dozen donut holes and one juice should cost almost $6. Forget it, there are WAY too many donut places in the area to keep coming here.
