Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Texas

I go to this location between 6:00-6:30 AM to get tacos. Have no complaints about the food. Saw a neon sign above the food bar that stated add bean and cheese for a 1 dollar. So I thought I’d try that. I go up to pay and was charged .59 for beans and .59 cheese. I asked the cashier to come see the sign and she came over and looked at it. The lady didn’t speak much English just said “I doe no”. So I said I’ll just pay, no worries . I get to the cash register and some wise guy remarked “mine is free too”. I remarked mine was not free. Went outside to wait for this guy, ended up waiting for 5 min, he never came out, had to get to work, will follow up one day. I’ll post a picture of the neon...
