Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Saturday , Jan 11th my 15-year-old daughter ordered a pizza through the little Caesars mobile app for a grand total of roughly $14. door dash is supposed to deliver at 6 PM. 7 PM door dash or whoever text my daughter using her phone number saying that the pizza is on its way. it never arrived. 10 PM that evening we have not received a pizza as of yet. I called Little Caesars which they have already charged us for the pizza. they say it is not their responsibility. they gave me corporate little Caesars phone number. door dash says it’s not their responsibility . My daughter gets a text Sunday morning. A day later...saying that the pizza will be delivered Sunday evening at 7:30 PM. Guess what no pizza.Corporate calls me later on Monday Jan 13. Saying that they will not refund my daughter’s $14. Corporate says that the address was missing for the delivery my daughter said she entered the correct address and the app crashed she went back in to make sure that the address was correct. They have our phone number. they texted us twice on it.I called the store the evening of Saturday when the whole situation went sideways and they have my phone number and have my address so in essence they stole $14 for my 15-year-old daughter. This woman just ruined my day and my appetite, I pulled up to the menu board to order my food said hello a few times no answer, I seen the window was half way open so I pulled up and said hello a few more times then slid the window back more to greet someone well this evil witch came to the window immediately with an attitude and said you need to go order in the back then proceed to slam the window in my face. I sent my daughter in on our lunch break, and she did not have a pleasant experience. Upon arrival my daughter gave me a call and requested whose name it was under due to the order number (1022968) not pulling up. She enter into the building and was not greeted by the staff. She then proceeded to see if the order was in the hot and ready pick up oven and it was not. The cashier stated "Can't you see if it is not in the hot and ready oven it is not ready" I stated to my daughter to not respond and continue to wait.
