I usually love this place and send lots of people who come very often! But after today I’m not sure I will visit again! I ordered a pitaya bowl and I usually sub my coconut for strawberries and have them add a little extra granola, well when I requested the extra granola the gentleman working today was very rude and said “that’s extra and you have to pay for that” when I say very rude very rude as if I wouldn’t pay the extra because I will. My second time trying their açaí bowl. First time was pure liquid and was split all on outside. I thought maybe the girl was new so I let it be. Just came back 2 years later because I was on the area, and same thing. Their bowls are like a 2 year old made it. Pure soup and liquid. Just threw the whole thing out. $15 down the drain. I don’t know how this place is still in business. Picture is how it was presented. How can banana and blue berries be on top with the liquid? It’s because it’s too thin it is not edible....

Açaí bowl is good, but highly disappointed in the service today. I ordered first, and a white family came 10 minutes after us, however they got their bowls first and the guy standing at the counter literally said “I’ll make their order first” which doesn’t make sense considering we ordered way before them. They got 3 bowls and we got 4, so there’s no reason, besides being racist, as to why we got our order after them and had to wait 45...
