Bad service they told me their system wasn’t working , I give another turn and it works , they said they get only cash I gave another turn thru drive thru then they told me they get card , the employee that was taking my order very rude rushing me to do my order very bad service his name is Jose , and apparently the manager, I go to the window he was with an attitude he thought I read minds just put his hand out like I new what he needed of me so I gave him cash he had me waiting for my order my mocha frap all watery , threw me the food to me he didn’t even talk to me in the window bad service my fries with no salt my plain burger with salt they pored salt to my burger , asked for ketchup he gave my 3 for my order asked for more and he gave me something else and I told him if I can have more please and he answered with I already gave you some but I asked him nicely for more he crushed them then handed to me then he walked away without saying anything .Very loud gangster music in the back , he came back gave me my frap and all watered down , called to the store asked to speak for the manager it was the same guy that was making excuses didn’t even say sorry for what he did and for his attitude he told me they always put salt but for all my years that I have gone I have never seen a plain burger with grains of salt , never going back there, even if that’s the only place it’s open late very bad and horrible service that I have seen in my life , and he said that next time to order with no seasoning if I didn’t like the way they make the food , or to never go back horrible place and I will make sure all the people I know and talk to know to never go there even if late eating , McDonald’s please show your employee how to give a good service and teach them some manners because they have really bad and horrible music behind like if they...

Obviously literacy, competency, listening and comprehension is beyond not only the workers but the management. 5-10-24 Stopped in Friday morning after using the app to order 2 sausage biscuits and 2 EGG biscuits. We got our receipt at the first window and food at the next. Once back on the road heading out of town on a 9 hour trip, we started digging out the food, only to find the 2 egg biscuits had magically been transformed into 2 HAM, EGG & CHEESE McMUFFINS! It may not have been a problem for some people, however, I do not eat ham, the wife (who's biscuits were messed up) does not like McD's cheese, and neither of us like the McMuffins! We called to tell them what happened, to be hung up on 3 times before finally someone even speaking to us. We told them it was an app order and asked for a refund to our credit card and were refused. They said they must have the card present to do it, however could not explain why they didnt need to card to charge it! Their solution was to have us return, which was not an option, again because we were 20 minutes into a 9 hour drive. So the ham, cheese and mcmuffins ended up in the trash, and I shared one of my biscuits with my wife, who otherwise would have only had 2 crappy cold eggs...

I took my kids out to eat like I always do after sunday school . Here's what happened there was a spill in the playing area I got up to tell one of the girls in the font so that no kid would slip and hurt themselves well this cleaning lady that they have there went looked told another employee and left some little kid was playing with what looked like vomit so every time I TRY to stop one of the girls that worked there she would totally ignore me so I went again to talk to the manager and told her about the girl and the cleaning lady well I walked back to my table talking and showing the manager the big vomit that was there , sure enough the cleaning lady comes over and denies everything even calling me a LIAR! like three times I have never seen or been in such a embarrassing situation !
