Update 2: Cashier's on evening rude,cursing ..No machines for soda and please know if you ask for a refill they want to see your receipt or maybe that's just with the black children..They have a manager that is Caucasian and she acts like the teens she supervises example on today my family and others were celebrating a birthday they had made various trips to the resturant but as I had got on her in front of police and the police had to get onto one of the employees that was clearly high and very rude but had been asked to clear the front then was invited back to the front by this manager who then was very upset when the officers said if the employee said anything out of turn she would be detained and have to wait till the officer was available for her .. on tonight this manager had seen the kids several times but one of them favors her sister who was banned by the manager who said it came from the GM .. so the manager says the last time ...oh they must be looking for trouble ..and began to call the police ..this McDonald's has been continuously told of this employee several persons said outside the store that this employee is high alot and the manager knows and is arrogant because she has been there 4 yrs but I am going to speak with the manager as soon as possible because I have always bought different persons there whether it be birthday or business but the night shift only has to wonderful persons and one is a tall black guy a big guy and one Caucasian male with long hair ..always ready to serve very respectful the girls messy they bother other girls when they come in but then run and call the manager who feeds in and leaves pertinent info out .. and always tries to call cops the upper management should see who she likes and...
Read moreThey are very racist! I knew when I walked in and saw nothing but white people and Mexicans working there. I went in for an interview over a week ago. I was earlier than the time they requested me to be there. I do not know the lady’s name who interviewed me but you can tell from her demeanor she was racist and not going to hire me. No smile, introduction of herself, or anything! The whole situation was weird but I smiled the whole time. I also have nails on so that played a part in it too because every time I would look up at her to give her eye contact to answer her questions she was asking while I was filling out the paper application, I would see her looking at my nails. I also informed her that I already had a job working with a home health company and that it was my first job in Houston being that I am from Louisiana. I take care of my mother in law on a daily basis. She can not walk at all and I bath her, flip her, pull her up, put her in her wheelchair, and back in the bed all with nails on. So what makes you think I can’t fix a burger or run drive thru with nails on? I have manager experience from being a assistant store manager working totes, bagging groceries, stocking shelves, and etc all with nails on. Fast food crew leader experience running a table by myself, working fry station, doing deposits, and etc with nails on! I feel like she judged me based of my looks because I know my background is clean I clearly have a home health job and I would not be working for them if I had a record. I literally live 5 mins from this location even agreeing to work overnight and willing to change my schedule to whatever schedule they needed workers on, so there is no other reason why I wouldn’t be hired other then the obvious...
Read moreTravel to this McDonald’s on early Friday morning to complete an Uber eats delivery gave the manager, Yolanda, the name of the man that I was picking up for she then gave me a bag which I took a picture of in the window with her holding it After she questioned me to make sure that I confirm the order like I was going to steal the OrderWhen I got down the street I looked at the bag And realize I had the wrong order. It wasn’t even the Uber eats. It was a DoorDash for someone else. Luckily, I hurried back to the store to return the order which the Uber eats driver was there to pick up the order that I had for him He was just about to cancel the order. I return to the window to return the order which the driver for the DoorDash was behind me. I asked for the correct order and I asked to speak to the manager, Yolanda, who gave me the bag she refused to come to the window to admit her mistake. As a very upset individual, I told the employee that I would be sure to report her to the store manager I retrieve my order and left the store this morning.
