I made an online order on the Subway website and received an email with a confirmation number and proof of my payment that was processed. I go into the Subway restaurant at 1:20 and my order was supposed to be completed at 1:00, and the lady (a little rude) told me there was no order and could not give me free food. However, I showed her my confirmation email, as well as my processed payment and the correct location where I ordered my sandwiches because they were trying to convince me that I had maybe placed an order at a different Subway restaurant. I go on to call corporate and they were telling me that they were looking at my order at that very moment while I was still at the restaurant. It's now 1:50 and I still couldn't be issued a refund, because they didn't have a problem charging me, they just had a problem giving me the food that I paid for. When I was about to leave, an employee there asks if I could leave my name, phone number, the corporate number and name of the person I spoke to at corporate because "they were scared they were going to get fired". The other rude lady was also murmuring something about me due to the fact that I called corporate, I could hear her and she wasn't even trying to hide it from me. Read moreAbout half the time this location either makes the sandwich wrong or is out of white bread or turkey. This last visit was the final straw. They made my son’s sandwich on the wrong bread which we didn’t notice until we got home. We drove back to the store and told them it was the wrong bread. The worker proceeded to remove all the sandwich toppings and reuse them to remake the sandwich. Then the worker put the used bread (the bread we had already taken home and brought back) with the store’s bread supply. It is disgusting to think that this store could be reusing bread that has been taken home by other customers and brought back. The bread should’ve gone in the trash. I contacted the store manager and her response was only to state that this shouldn’t have happened. No follow-up was received from management indicating that the issue was addressed or corrected. I went in on 2/13/23 and i saw that lady touching her clothes and then rubber her hair, she proceeded to put on gloves to make my sandwich. I asked her politely to wash her hand, i guess that was too much to ask, she threw my sandwich together put tons of veggies on it and then cut my sandwich while it was open. spilling food all in the paper. I wanted her to make it over but i just left and filed a complaint. This establishment is that worse, but its that closest.
