Mexican Buffet Los Chilaquiles — Restaurant in Texas

Establishment advertises wide variety of main courses on the Buffet (meats) Had extremely limited options. No Bistek Ranchero, N Mollejas, No Carne Guisada, No Street Tacos as advertised on FaceBook. The only thing they had was about six (6) different presentations of chicken; chicken wings, Buffalo Sauced and Garlic Flavored, Chicken In Mole, Chicken In Red Sauce, Baked Chicken (really dry) by sight only didn't taste. One other meat appeared to be similar to pulled pork. No Fideo, No Charro Beans. Really Extremely Disappointed. Nothing like the advertisement on Facebook we were there on the day all of those lacking items were supposed to be on the Buffet according to the false advertisement. Okay, so I went here with my mom to eat lunch. We go in and we see a small buffet area and sit down. When we got there breakfast was ending so we got a small portion. The chilaquiles were cold and almost every other dish looked dry. Then the lunch came out and the food was even worse. The meat in dishes didn’t look properly cut or cooked…the empanadas de papa were made with what tasted like instant mashed potatoes…Everything we ate had a bad lingering taste of old oil. I know that the staff already know the place does not meet standards because right at the entrance theres a sign, “Call here for suggestions and complaints”!!!? Definitely do not recommend especially since there’s so many good Mexican cuisine restaurants/buffets all...

Food was delicious. We started going here about 2 months ago and we loved it until last Friday we took my in-laws from North Carolina and our son with his family. Everything was fine but our waitress a very young girl who seemed to be mad or something she was very rude every time we asked her for something. And her appearance was like she woke up, got up from bed changed her clothes and left to work but forgot to comb her hair. I did bring it up to the owners attention about her rudeness but it kind of seemed like it didnt bothered him cause he didnt even offered an apology for her.
