Mr Donut & Kolaches — Restaurant in Texas

Do people actually eat this? The employees were nice but don't order the bacon egg and cheese croissant😑 I was shopping for some things across the street at Walmart when I was headed back home I saw this location and figured I could be a hero by coming back home with breakfast😃 Instead after ordering 4 bacon egg and cheese croissants I was chef remake once I got home and saw what I paid for. I should have checked it in the store because I wouldnof asked for my money back. The bacon was strangely old, cold, & sweet, the egg was disgustingly fake, the cheese and croissants were edible so I discarded the egg and put the bacon in the oven on some tin foil thinking I could revive it. I cooked my own eggs and cut up some avocados then took out the bacon 🥓 ☻️ it still tasted oddly sweet and weird even my kids wouldn't eat it and they love bacon. 😅 so I cooked some turkey sausages and threw that on there and wala bon appetite 🙃 turkey sausage egg and cheese w/avocado remade croissants💁🏽‍♂️ my kids at the whole thing. UPDATE: A family friend warned me that they were skimming cards for extra money. I didn't want to believe it because these are my favorite kolaches, but I'm afraid it's true. I looked back at my bank statements and over the last 3 months these people have STOLEN $61 dollars from me. I'm disgusted. Never again will I return. What's more is I called my brother, who looked into his statements and found that they have STOLEN from him as well. I am considering legal action, DO NOT EAT HERE. THE OWNERS ARE THIEVES. I am ashamed that I have recommended this business to so many friends. I will recant my good word at every opportunity.

All right listen here ladies and gentlemen. This place right here is one of the few reasons I stay in Katy. The staff is just so amazing; 7/10 times I walk in with my little sister they give her a free donut!!! There croissants are my weakness. Especially the bacon egg and cheese one. I have grown up with this as my comfort food anytime I felt down. I visited this place every week before middle school because it was a walking distance away and came back many times through out high school. This place should be regarded with the best of compliments. Everyone has that one little shop which they always feel at home because they love the food and people; this is the place for me.
