Ordering ahead for in store pickup has been a nightmare on more than 1 occasion for me in the past few weeks. Today is the second time that I had to leave without my drink order. The first time, it was busy (~7:40am) so I just told the barista to just give my tea to someone else. Today, I placed my order while I was getting dressed for work at 6:37am. The lady asked if I was waiting on an order, I told her my name and she said that she didnāt receive an order with my name. She asked me if I was sure that I ordered for in store pickup or if it was for the drive thru. I went to my car to get my phone to show her my receipt that says that I ordered it for in store pickup. She turned around and said something again about the drive thru. I told her again that it was for in store pickup and showed my receipt. She says that she was getting some orders, but none were for me. So I said that I had to go to work and started to walk out. As I was leaving, she then offered to make my drink.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly this location is so disappointing. I only ever come here when the Mason Rd location runs out of supplies.
Ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew at both locations and the difference is absurd.
Mason road location made it perfect and it actually tasted good. The one this location made tasted like bland nothingness.
Like, how am I going to ask for extra syrup and extra foam and what you give me taste like literally nothing? Oh and remember "salted" is in the name. Zero salt from them.
Never mind the fact that they have zero coordination to make sure that food is prepped to go out in time with the drinks they're paired with.
I normally don't write reviews but this place has been such a disappointment for such a long time.
There's a clear difference in the caliber of staff between the two locations. This location honestly feels like they don't give a shit about their work.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhile ordering a cafe vanilla frappuccino at this Starbucks location this Asian teenager charged me 75cents for this drink. When I asked her what was the extra 75 cents for she said, āitās because I have to do an extra blend for your drink.ā I looked at her and said āit is a frappuccino in which you are supposed to blend it). She still charged me that 75 cents. I just watched a video on YouTube regarding a Starbucks employee who took a picture of the customersās cc and stole more than $200 worth of groceries. That awesome woman confronted the teenager, in which I shouldāve done. To me, It is not about the 75cents, itās about having good customer service and not taking advantage of your loyal Starbucks customer. Shame on that Asian kid and shame on Starbucks. On that day, we got an espresso machine and said ADIEU to...
