I went in to purchase 4 gift cards in the amount of $25 each for a total of $100 at Store #48524. In your store is a promotional sign that states you will get one free 6 inch sub with each purchase of $25 gift card. It also states under terms and conditions that free sub must be redeemed by 1/31/2025. I was told I was only entitled to 1 free six inch sub period and that I had to get it at that moment. I went to another Subway # 42209 and purchased 4 gift cards. After receipt for gift card printed...another receipt printed redeemable for 1 six inch sub to use by 1/31/2025. I realized the following day that I actually needed a couple more gift cards so I went back to store #48524 thinking that with proof showing receipt for free 6 inch sub communications would be clear. No such luck. I ordered a $25 gift card, receipt prints but no extra receipt. I question the lady at counter and she repeats that it's only 1 free sub no matter how many gift cards you order AND...you had to get it right then. I show her receipt for free one, with picture from website showing limit of 4 free subs but she is on phone with someone and says only 1 free . Store number #48524 has definitely lost my business.... In my humble opinion, the franchise owner is trying to scam...

Then came the delays multiple driver changes, followed by a text from the driver saying items were missing. No one picks up the phone at the store, and customer support is just as unreachable.I specifically asked to replace the footlong with white macadamia. What did they send instead? RAISIN COOKIES which Iām allergic to. Not only that, they had the nerve to charge for it, despite getting the order completely wrong. This isn't just poor service itās careless, reckless, and dangerously irresponsible, especially with allergies involved. I have no doubt the staff deliberately ignore requests and substitute items without care ā itās happened before.
If youāre out of something, mark it as unavailable on Uber Eats. Itās not hard. It just takes a tiny bit of professionalism, which this store clearly lacks.
Until the staff are trained to respect customers and take allergies seriously, this store has no business fulfilling online orders. Shameful service. Zero accountability....

I was asking everything by saying (can you please and thank you) I asked him to cut my sandwich in half and he acted like he didnāt understood what I was saying, then he said if I wanted my sandwich warmed I said yes please and he immediately THREW my sandwich on the tray and the customer in front of me just immediately look at me like what it was wrong with this guy, she asked for his name because he was being rude to her as well everything she would say it was either we donāt have it or we donāt have it, I finished paying, I was waiting for him to slide my sandwich but no he just pushed it really hard without saying anything... i do customer service for the past 10 years and if you arenāt happy working there then just look for a place that makes you happy , I wish I can give...
