Ahh yusma! The great things I can say about this place! For starters, I love the customer service! As a daughter of a business owner who is ALL ABOUT great customer service, I can truly say this place has an owner with very similar values! Employees always have a smile on their face and know both English & Spanish extremely fluently! Their respect for customers and each other is out of the roof and although they try to make more sales, they never push you or make you feel uncomfortable about your options! Automatically you feel like family as you enter! It’s a pleasure living close to this place! Their ice cream is delicious (blackberry cheesecake is my fave) and paletas are even better! I’ve been going for years because I love their product but this time was definitely last. Their lack of customer service is the reason why. Those girls are always in a bad mood and even tho they make a mistake they don’t apologize or make it right. They simply don’t care. I got 5 items and not one tray or cup holder like they expect me to hold everything while I drive and then one of the items wasn’t closed all the way so everything spilled all over my car. I mentioned it to her as I asked for napkins and not not only did she roll her eyes but blamed me for it. An assortment of different flavored ice cream including different flavored paletas de agua (for those of you that are lactose intolerant or have milk allergies).
