Management is the worst!!! It is now 43 days later since I received the single worst customer service from any establishment. Today I received the corporate Brush off, unwanted refund, from the call center drones after I was banished to the corporate phone lines because the people on site were apparently incapable of addressing an error in their own system. There was no possible way to address my order that was glaringly wrong. I will have to take it up with the phone lines...
However they were happy to charge me for a second order. Yes you are reading that correctly. After literally being denied any actual chicken, which I have already paid for, the solution I was offered was to pay for a new order disregarding the now unwanted and incomplete original order.
I was ignored for extended periods of time I think they were hoping I’d just leave. Then the fine gentleman informed me that he contacted his district manager and his hands were tied.
The combined resources of the employees on site and the assistance of the district manager and the only way they would be able to fulfill my order is to place a new one...
Today’s special one order for the price of two! I guess that how they make up for the two for $2 Tuesday special.
43 days numerous phone calls several emails and I get told sorry you received the wrong order in an email... are you serious
No one in this company pays attention. I didn’t receive an order incorrectly. I paid for food and was refused the food. $21 for a side of rice, fries, and biscuits. All I needed was a few tenders.... it was on your screen you showed it to me... I have a receipt in my hand!! Where is the disconnect??
Everyone involved was powerless. Not only are the employees here mindless automatons incapable of independent thought, but obviously the management on site and their district management team have no desire to accomplish customer service.
May the odds be in your favor to those of you who chose to roll the dice.
If I had received the wrong food at least I would have received food!
*Update its been 2 years so I decided to try it again... they have found new and exciting ways to disappoint. I have had the blackened chicken sandwich several times at other locations all over. (i travel for work) so i decided to order on here at home next to my house. It is now in the trash can. It was so dry and hard i could not chew it. I tried a second bite thinking maybe it was a burnt spot... I can only assume this was prepared quite some time ago or severely over cooked as it was not just inedible I could not even take a bite out of the sandwich. Viva La What-a-burger! At least they have built one place nearby I...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible, if I could give 0 stars I would. I went last night and I was the only person in line, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be ready to make my order. There were 3 different people that took my order and they still managed to mess it up. I was originally going to get a chicken sandwich but they said they were out. So I got a $10 box(keep that price in mind) that came with 6 chicken fingers, 2 rolls, and 2 sides. I ordered mac and cheese for the sides and they were out of that too. So being upset already about the poor customer service I got mashed potatoes. I pulled up to the window and they asked me what I ordered, they never even took it down. So I had to order again. It took another 5 minutes for them to get my order right. When it came time to pay they charged me over $23 for that $10 box and 2 medium drinks. Not realizing the price difference at the time, I payed. Nobody inside was wearing masks and they were gathered around talking and eating, not even attempting to help the one person preparing the food (and he was going very, very slow too). I drove off and checked the food, and the chicken tenders were very small, hard, cold, dry, and pathetic. There were supposed to be 2 rolls but they only gave me 1. I am not a confrontational person at all so I didn't go in and confront them, and honestly if I did they would probably just act like it didn't matter. I realized I also couldn't go and get my money back because they never gave me a receipt. On top of that I asked for regular ranch and they gave me this peppered ranch that was disgusting. I really want a refund for that rip-off, but I cant because they never gave me my receipt. Horrible service, horrible food, and...
Read moreI’ve seen so many people order food and ask for it to be fresh and literally make such a big deal about it having to be fresh. I’d say, that if you want your two pieces combo with fries to all be fresh, it’s best you don’t start screaming at the workers that your food isn’t “fresh enough” when they start getting cold as soon as they get them out of the oil. Every time I go, it seems like there is a fat person having some kind of problem with their order. If you have an actual problem, wouldn’t your problem get solved faster if you’d just be nice? The workers don’t make up the prices, so don't make problems out of things they don’t have control over. They don’t control the app, and they’re not trained on it either. As someone who’s worked in fast food places, I was never taught how their apps worked. Stop yelling, screaming, groaning and moaning about chicken not tasting good enough, or your wings being too stiff, or your jalapeños being too small, or your Mac&cheese being too dry, or your fries not being hot enough, or your food not being ready sooner. Every time I go through the driveway, I have to wait longer for my food because there is always that one person in front of me wanting more sauces, or something that could literally be solved inside. Please stop being a Karen, and stop having problems with fast workers and get off the phone with your friends, no one wants to hear what your boyfriend at home wants to order, have your mind made up. If you don’t know what a Popeyes offers, look it up online, and then come through the drive though with your...
