This was quite possible one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. We showed up with a party of 6 around 7-8pm on a Saturday night. We were told it was only a 15-20 minute wait to be seated, so we waited and were seated. Unfortunately we weren't greeted by a waiter or waitress for about 30 minutes. We asked a worker to bring out 6 waters since we hadn't spoken to our server we then received 1 water. We finally asked a guy who looked like a waiter if he was our waiter after about an hour of no service. He decided to wait our table and I am absolutely confident that by his word slurring and profuse sweating he was drunk. We ordered 5 alcoholic beverages and our meals and had to wait another hour to receive our drinks, we actually got our food before our drinks and about 3 meals were cold. By this time I was full of chips and salsa and we were still waiting on 2 meals which came out about 15-20 minutes later. I confronted the manager about the poor service, disorganization and extreme wait time. To which his excuse was a "large party of over 150." I believe that is none of any others customers concern and just because you have a large party doesn't give you the excuse to not provide great service to everyone. His only offer was to give us free alcohol which was extremely unappealing at this point. He then offered to compensate for 2 meals, in reality the entire tables shouldn't been completely free. The worst part was that one of our friends is pescatarian and ordered shrimp quesadillas, upon opening it. She found a piece of steak, luckily she decided not to press charges. The restaurant floor was extremely dirty and the atmosphere was loud and unruly.

I have been dining at this restaurant for past 4-6 months and the food was very good. Their food had the best authentic flavor I had ever eaten, so I highly recommended this restaurant to other friends and coworkers. I even bought $25 gift certificates for friends because of the excellent food. This restaurant is designed beautifully has beautiful furniture and the service is great. The lighting is good, so I’m not complaining on anything except the food flavor here. I do believe that this restaurant must’ve changed cooks because my last two visits the food did not taste as well, it was very bland with no flavor. Once I didn’t even receive the platter of food as it is on the menu and the cheese was watery. I have bought the family appetizer three or four times before. Luckily another waiter beside me quickly caught the issue right away and fix that. However, the food just not did not have the flavor as it had previously. My last visit I quietly asked for a manager to come to my table so that I could inquire if they change cooks and I explained the reason why I was asking. She listen to my story and she said that she would speak with the owner about it and I said OK. My son and I ordered our meal and again the food just did not have the flavor nowhere near the Mexican flavor of food. The manager I had spoke to did walk by and asked me how the food was, and I just shook my head and told her that the taco soup tasted like vegetable soup. She smiled and walked away. My son and I gathered the food up to take home to my dog and I paid my $40 bill and I tipped our waiter. As we were leaving the restaurant, I went to the front counter and ask to speak to the lady manager that I had spoken to earlier. One of the cashiers left to go get the manager, but a gentleman came back and I tried explaining my concern about the food, and he interrupted me very quickly very rudely stating he didn’t want to hear my complaints, didn’t need to hear my complaints. He stated that he was the owner of that place and that he no longer needed my business. Needless to say I was floored. I am a 70 year old woman and I do not feel like I deserve to be talked to like that. Had I been irate and talking loud and making a scene I would’ve understood that. However, that’s not what happened. I was very discreet very quiet very polite and I did not deserve what I got. Unfortunately, in all honesty, I cannot, and will not recommend this restaurant to any more of my friends or coworkers. In no way should an owner of a business ever speak to a guest the way this owner spoke to me. Just for reference I wasn’t asking for anything in return. I was only inquiring about their cook change. In all, honestly you would think that an owner would want to hear this kind of information, but “not” this arrogant owner. In fact he should never have gotten a license to...

The WORST dining experience I have EVER had: So, I want to start off saying that the food here is great—And I have eaten here quite a few times since they opened. I have never encountered a problem until tonight. The waiter handed me the bill, which totaled up to be around $60 which Included our meals and soft drinks. When I handed him my card, he indicated that I could pay using a QR code on my receipt. So, I did. The point of sale system for some reason didn’t include the $6 and change for our drinks, but charged us for everything else. I didn’t realize until after I paid and tipped through the web system; That my final amount charged was only a few dollars more than the paper one, which was weird. I just thought, “who knows? But I did pay my bill, so I don’t know what else to do.” Five minutes later I have my leftovers bagged up and started getting into my car. My waiter comes up to my vehicle in a frenzy, all upset—accusing me of dining and dashing. “Sir you did NOT pay your bill” I showed him my transaction alert from my bank, and the green light from the QR payment portal. He proceeded to imply that I purposefully didn’t pay for my drinks and that I “chose not to pay”. I replied: “Sir, I paid what was given to me to pay. I can’t control how your system decides to charge me. I understand that I had drinks and I was more than willing to pay for those drinks when I ordered them. But I shouldn’t have to pay for them after I have already paid the bill and in my car, because I was mischarged $5-$7.” He said “it’s still $7 and you have to pay.” I responded by saying “look, in principle I will pay whatever the cost. I have ZERO problem paying for what I owe. Here is my card, man. Go run it. I’m not trying to “get away with anything”.

He made me get out of my car and marched be up to the front counter to make me pay the rest of the bill, like I was a lowlife. I was SO EMBARRASSED and frankly insulted by how I was handled.

I paid and immediately asked for the manager. When I communicated these things to him I said. “Look man, I’m not asking for anything for free from you. I’m not trying to get anything comped, or scam in ANY way. However, you need to get your point of sale system sorted out ASAP. This should NEVER happen to ANY customer. And the fact that I was treated like a thief is unnecessary and honestly unacceptable. My smooth date night was ruined, and as a customer who loves this place so much
.it just hurts a lot more to be treated like this. It just put a really bad taste in my mouth. ”

I was met with “well sir I’ll make the point of sale team aware of this. Thanks for letting us know.” And that’s all I got.

I won’t return to this location again. But the other ones will get my...

I’m not sure what has happened with this restaurant since it has opened but the service was absolutely horrible last night when we went. We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. My mother arrived early, got a table and let the staff know it was his birthday. The waitress came by to get the drink order and then to get the food order. My husband let her know we weren’t ready to order if we could have a few more minutes. She never came back after that. We had to flag the manager down to ask her to take our order, she finally took the order and disappeared again. She brought our food out and left without asking if we needed anything. Had to constantly flag the manager down or the busboy to ask for something if we needed it or for refills. Our waitresses never came around. At one point she walked right next to our table (2ft away) and didn’t even turn to ask if we needed anything. We needed refills. At this point I was aggravated and could have stopped her to ask but I should not have to ask you for customer service. So I asked the busboy for refills. Once we were done eating, we sat for a good amount of time. I cleaned up the table and thought oh maybe they are taking time because they are getting people to sing happy birthday. That was not the case. She finally came around once at the end before she brought the check. As if her stopping by once would make us forget the horrible service we received the entire time. Then left and came back with the check. No birthday celebration nothing just here is your check. Once we had the check, she came by multiple times to see if we paid. Never stopping to ask if we need anything but walking by and glancing to see if our card was on the bill. We have come here so much and the service and food was amazing in the beginning. Now the service has been horrible the past few times we have come and we keep giving it another chance. The food seems to be going down as well. We came here to celebrate my husband and were treated like it was a bother to service us. My husband doesn’t ask for anything and all he wanted was las fuentes and was shown that we were a bother and they could care less for our business Will definitely be driving further to a place that actually wants our business The manager and busboy tried but they are helping the entire restaurant. Sad part is a majority of the tip we left will go to her and her terrible service instead of the busboy. I know a portion goes to him so I did not want to punish him for her terrible...
