if i could give this location 0 stars, i absolutely would. the staff here are insufferably rude and refuse to provide the customer the correct drink, with the supervisor (the guy with the dark hair), demanding that if you want your drink remade correctly, that you have to pay another $7 DESPITE Scooter’s policy permitting the customer satisfaction by remaking a drink for free. I should mention that in my experience, i had only tasted the drink, i did not try to return it to them half empty before asking for it to be remade- since it was terribly made. I want to emphasize on the supervisor’s shockingly impolite customer service and his unwillingness to abide by Scooter’s policy. I won’t be returning to this Scooter’s, but I definitely will be going to the one on Kuykendahl where i have had a pleasant...

Employees make a big difference. The blended drink I've bought at various Scooters is my favorite there, but this time it did not taste good and the guy with the long fake nails excessively waved his hands All over the place telling me he will not remake it. He was so sassy that the drink wasnt made right and said we'd have to pay another $7 to have it remade!!!!! Even the other employee seemed surprised that he refused to remake it. I didnt even argue because I was so weirded out by how sassy he was being. I'm surprised Scooters won't stand by their product ...so others should know what to expect coming to the Gosling location. I dont want to deal with that employee again, or risk getting a bad drink and losing money, so I'll get my daily coffee elsewhere...

i’m very lactose intolerant and i specifically asked for oat milk in my matcha and because it tastes quite similar to regular milk i didn’t notice until it was mostly finished so i spent most of the day feeling like utter garbage. scooters is a DRIVE THROUGH so this problem is extremely serious since a lot of lactose intolerant ppl can drink regular milk before they notice and will likely be unable to come back immediately to let someone know and have their drink remade. please pay attention to when someone asks for an alternate milk because many ppl like myself get very sick if they drink...
