Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

I usually do not do reviews, but after I was persistently trying to be convinced that my children food was fresh I will. I ordered two chicken tenders wacky packs and the food was taking longer then expected; therefore, I certainly knew it will be fresh. I was certainly wrong. The chicken strips was freshly REDIPPED in the hot grease while the fries was scraps and warm. I don't know why they didn't use a little more sense to either give fresh fries or redip those also. I've worked in fast food over 10 years ago I can't be convinced food is fresh. Customer service is not priority anymore nor presentation. Next time don't lie and argue grant the refund and be better to the next customer. STAND ON INTEGRITY and treat people how you want to be treated goes a long way. They certainly would not have ate that or gave it to anybody in...

Are usual stop to fuel up before we get on the road. Thanks to I'm assuming was the managers I think they're names Lisa & crystal service 5 star, food 5 star!. This will be our go to snack stop before are daily commute to Dallas!.

"EDIT"... Stopped thru evening time after a long day quite busy as usual my order was correct and was created and treated properly. Only complaint I see was a few self pretentious customers whom thought they had priority over everyone and everything. Respect is earned not given!. If they're order came out wrong it could've been due to there attitude!. Once again Sonic on point for a late night dinner snack!. Keep up the good work and dont let a self righteous individual spoil it...

First mistake.... When i pushed the Button the lady that took my order said WELCOME TO SONIC and than had a WHOLE conversation with someone else in the back, not sure if she was talking to a coworker or on the phone because her conversation had nothing to do with work. After at least 3 minutes she finally comes back and says hello can I take your order smh I order 3 shakes got my total and waited! After at least 10 minutes I hear someone come back on the speaker stating o our ice cream machine is down is there something else I could get you! Like did you not know it was down before you took my order!? I nine times outta 10 won’t be going back to...
