Updated: I informed the district & regional manager of my experience below and the way they handled it was great. I felt comfortable enough to return and they have new baristas now (Like Danni) who gets my drink right every time and does it with a smile. Thank you guys for making my visits pleasant again 💙 Stop by and visit this location!
If you ask for light ice they will fill your cup half way and leave the rest of the cup empty.. this must be a new thing? 😐 Also, I finally decided to leave a review because the manager (ACE) was so rude this morning and refused to remake my drink that was made incorrectly. All these years and I never had such a terrible experience before… and from the manager?? I was coming to this location daily, and these folks never even took the time to remember my name....

This location will definitely never see my service again . I moved to Tomball March 1st and frequently visit here for beverages and MOST times a cup of ice . Today I was denied the ice without purchase . When asked to just charge me for the ice I was told it wasn’t possible . I then asked to speak to a manager and the supervisor said there was a policy change in February. We are entering April almost and like I stated before after that said policy change I was able to get ice from here . My coworker parked and went inside to ask for same item and was given to her no problem . So now something as small as a cup of ice will be taken to the highest level I can at...

Every time I have come to this location I always have a problem. One time the barista almost argued with me about how I should or should not order my drink (I’m so sorry I don’t know the correct verbiage for a brown sugar espresso but HOT) and this morning they not only did not listen to me at the box when I plainly stated I wanted my pecan latte HOT, but they “remade” it at the window and then gave me a completely different drink which I assume was someone else’s order.
