It is so sad for me to give this restaurant 1 start because their food is AMAZING and before this week I love the environment and the staff... it is incredible that with the new managers in just one week I had terrible experiences. Since you guys start with the half wine Wednesday you guys became even more my favorite spot this time I went with one of my friends and she went to buy the wine like every Wednesday and a girl in the register with red hair and a horrible actitud told her that she could not sell her the wine to bring to the park because that was ilegal... news flash we do that every Wednesday and I would love to know who train that girl because the managers that I deal with before never said anything like that it seems crazy that in just one week something that we have being doing for over a month is now ilegal. She shouldnât be working in costumer service anywhere she does not know how to deal with customers I donât understand how she is part of the managers. The second experience was just yesterday I was having dinner with my husband when I saw how another manager a guy with bear (I asked his name to another employe and she told me that his mane was Tyler) yell at one of the runners in from of everyone that the things at the restaurant had to be done how he want it because he was the manager and that was it. I know that working with people and customer is hard but having education is something that should come from home and this guy Tyler does not have a single drop of education in his body super arrogant and disrespectful I applaud the little guy because if I were him I would of quick at that moment. The manager was extra rude and out of place. One last thing and this is going directly to the owners please pay attention to your personal you guys are successful because of your foodies great but a great staff and a placid restaurant environment plays its part to! Creekside until a week ago was our favorite crust but now we are double...
Read moreI had this bad experience months ago, I sent the email to the address they gave me to talk about what happened and after 9 months I still have no response to that email or any phone call.
Here is the original review. Surprisingly a bad experience. We took my in-laws for the first time who are visiting and we decided to take them to Crust so that they would have a good experience. It turns out that the guy who took our order showed a rude attitude when he told me that it was closing time and that if I wanted to order takeout, we were ordering at 8:23pm. When we confirmed that we wanted to have dinner there, he completely changed to a rude attitude and with a bad face. Already seated with our drinks waiting for the order, this same guy arrived with our pizzas and practically threw them on the table throwing the dressings that we had from the salad that we were previously eating, I got up calling his attention but he was already leaving and another person who works There he noticed and asked him to go clean up what he had obviously spilled in a bad way and with a rude attitude.
When I left the place, I gave my comments to an employee who was at the counter, letting her know what had happened and she told me that the night before they had also had complaints from the same boy for his attitude with the clients and from the same coworkers. I suggest that management take seriously these comments left by customers because otherwise they will be losing customers because of this person. He is a boy who wears a cap and has shoulder-length hair. I hope this message...
Read moreThe staff's ability to follow basic instructions left me feeling upset. I made sure to tell the girl behind the counter "just a small pinch" of vegan cheese three times. I spoke clearly, with eye contact, and I made a hand gesture of a small pinch. Despite my efforts, there was a lot of vegan cheese on the pizza when I got it. Certainly not a "small pinch." There was either an inability to communicate a single basic instruction to those making the pizza, or the pizza maker just did not follow the relayed instruction. Either way, I expected more.
Also, I have ordered a margarita pizza at both Crust Pizza and MOD Pizza. The margarita pizza I had at MOD tasted better overall, despite costing significantly less money. I paid about $18.50 for a pizza at Crust that costs around $11.50 for the same size and type of pizza at MOD.
*With Crust being the more expensive of the two by far, up comes the expectation for consistently great costumer service and follow through on requests/instructions.
Also, at MOD they make the pizza right in front of customers, so customers have the ability to have input on what is being put on their pizza as it is being made. You can also have them put extras on at MOD, on the spot, at no additional charge. But not at Crust.
With MOD around, clearly being the better business, I will not give my money to Crust Pizza again. MOD...
