Subway — Restaurant in Texas

I was very angry about how I was told how I should have my food! I couldn't get what I wanted and I was paying for! The food was prepared awful wasn't pleased and I don't like my food sprinkle with barely nothing on it! But other customers got what they wanted and they weren't being told how to do their food! He did a terrible job on 9/25/25 another customer said something to the employee about how he prepared my food! 2 angry customers and I will never go to this subway again! The lady that was their didn't offer to remake the food and she saw how displeased I was but other customers that was getting the same thing was prepared properly and they weren't being told how they should get it! I refused to buy because it was terribly made and he didn't care it wasn't his food and he wasn't buying it! The customer that stood up for me purchase it for me because he noticed how upset I was and refused to buy it so he did! I appreciated it but I didn't get any of the ingredients I wanted so I threw it away because it was awful! He needs to be retrained! I will never...

I came on 11/8/24 around 6:00pm and it was a line of 4 people in front of me. There were 2 younger guys working (1 seemed new) and the line behind me was starting to grow.

I appreciate the 1 worker stopping to ask while continuing to make sandwiches how everyone's day is going; and he paused at a different point to apologize about the wait. I also noticed that although swamped, they didn't rush the customer in front and that they continued to take the glove off when dealing with money then getting new glove to continue making sandwiches. I didn't leave until 6:30.

This is one of the best locations that I've been too. The staff had such a sweet and welcoming spirit about them. They handled my order with care. It really made my day. I wished I would've gotten the young man and the young lady's name. I do know that I was there on 2/11 @ 12:45p....
