Whataburger — Restaurant in Texas

They were completely rude messed up our order gave us a medium instead of a large shake and when we asked if they could fix it they rolled their eyes and said well it says a medium none of the employees were wearing a mask properly I work in a place that requires you to wear one and I wear mine the whole time even though I'm asthmatic most of them had it under their chin our fries and onion rings were burnt and they put the onion rings upside down in the bag when I went to eat my burger I noticed they only put 1 small strip of bacon on it as we were checking our bags we noticed we didnt have any straws so we tried to wave someone down and we asked for the straws they only gave us 2 for the 4 drinks we have we asked for 2 more and they again rolled their eyes and shoved it at us I dont normally complain and I dont want to be a Karen but tonights service was horrible they were...

We just went through the drive through and ate our food on the road, and we had such a great experience, I had to share it. The woman taking our drive thru order was so sweet, waited patiently for us to decide what we wanted, was so sweet when my sister wanted a special order burger. She had the best attitude and southern hospitality. Her accent was adorable, too! The girl at the window was just as sweet, explaining about the milkshake machine needing a little more time to get ready. She always had a smile and was so polite and friendly. (We appreciate you both so much! Y'all are rare to find, and I love that y'all go the extra mile to give a great experience to your customers. This place would get all stars if it were based on the food and food alone which was amazing. The lady at the window (some blond girl) she was rude. Like rude rude. I swear if she rolled her eyes any harder she would have fallen over. She acted like the 2 napkins she placed under our fries was plenty and refused to provide us with more. Then she sighed so hard when we asked for ketchup you would have thought we were a sick husband (dying with allergies) that she had been nursing back to help all week.
