Seriously, if you walk into an establishment, were the only ones even there , had to wait for ten minutes while absolutely NOBODY acknowledged you (we understand about lunch rushes and all so we were patient and willing to wait happily), only to be "greeted" with a scowl and told "I'll be with YOU in a minute" would you eager to eat there? My boyfriend asked for a wrap with double meat and said he'd pay extra (EVERY other Subway we've been to in Central Texas has done this no problem) and was told with another scowl and heavy attitude "well SIR I don't think we can do that".....eyeroll, scowl..."let me see, SIR"....how about lose the condescending "SIR" since you don't mean it and are trying to be disrespectful anyway and just say "No sir we cant". That would've been fine and we still would've ordered. I wish I could give a review on the food, but the abysmal, sub par and rude attitude was enough to send us packing. Don't know who this employee was, but she absolutely doesn't need to be in the service industry. We will NEVER stop here again. And it's a shame because we love our Subways. Or we did. This left a bad taste in our...
Read moreOver the last maybe 10 months or so I’ve noticed since they got a new manager at subway things have gotten better. As long as he is working and making the sandwiches I know it will come out right. They do get extremely busy around lunch time (today being no different) so it can take a little bit to get food which that’s to be expected but you can see him rushing and still being friendly unlike others. I don’t know how it is in the evening cause I’m never go in but mornings and lunch are better. Key example today it looked like the manager was the only one working so one person came over to help then the general manger came over and assisted too. Occasionally I see the subway manager helping out at the front register when he’s available and needed. Amazing team work with these two wish more mangers were like this. I will for sure keep coming back! Not a great picture but wasn’t trying...
Read moreOne if the poorest run subways you will ever experience. Half the time they are out if ingredients (for example-bread.....yes, you read that right....bread...how does a f*ing subway run out of bread??!?!?!). They can't keep staff hired so when you come in, you get to deal with a new "artist" each time. I use the subway app to keep from having to stand in line for 30 minutes, but when I show up to pick it up, they usually haven't even started my order yet, so ordering ahead is pointless. Also, when I show up to pick up my order, they have to tell me which ingredients they are out of that day. Just an absolute joke of an...
