Wow! Summer Moon is a treat! You won’t regret your fruitful visit to this coffee shop! Upon entering, you are met with the store’s soulful interior and affable baristas, who made my drink perfectly! Though not an official drink put on Summer Moon’s comprehensive and delicious menu, the Honeymoon Latte is sure to delight you! I had it iced—the way to order this delectable beverage is as follows: “I would like an iced quarter moon with honey and cinnamon.” The baristas crafted my drink expertly, melting the honey and cinnamon in rich oak roasted espresso. The process allowed a rich nuttiness from the cinnamon and honey to bloom within the coffee, which was made silky and rich by their nectarean house-made sweet cream—also called “Moon Milk.” They had a generous assortment of pastries for my picking. I enjoyed a savory ham and cheese croissant, which the barista informed me was sourced fresh from local favorite Levure Bakery that very morning! The salty ham and gooey, melty cheese combined into textural heaven on a fluffy and substantial butter croissant! I was more than impressed by the store’s prudent selection in pastries, and fully satisfied by my Texas-sized delight. The ham and cheese croissant is a must try! I melted into their sumptuous leather lounge chair next to a slow-burning fireplace and delighted in my drink. Every sip was a soothing palate-pleaser! To my surprise, I received a call from the manager within an hour, apologizing for the situation and promising to rectify it. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received and felt reassured that Summer Moon Coffee truly cares about its customers.

Although I didn't get a chance to try the coffee during my visit, I've heard great things about it from friends and family. Plus, based on the excellent customer service I received, I have no doubt that the coffee is fantastic.
