Out of all the places I’ve been to, & all the different foods I’ve tried, this amazing little restaurant has to be the most wonderful experience I’ve had.
Not only is the environment so cozy & comfy, the staff treat you with so much care just like a relative would if they were treating you to brunch at their home.
The food was so delicious, you know it was cooked by someone with passion. I tried the chicken spaghetti, the special of the day (chicken Parmesan stuffed shells), & a buddy of mine tried the Texas Club sandwich, it was all presented very well, not only did it appear appetizing, it tasted even more amazing than what I imagined.
Prices were very reasonable, considering how tasty the food was & the portions.
I personally do not recommend doing this because I do not wanna go against their open/close times, but I did lose track of time & stayed a bit past closing, & our server did not rush us at all. I honestly felt so welcomed there. If that does not show you their great hospitality, then I don’t know what else would be as convincing.
If you are looking for a nice place to have breakfast, brunch, or lunch at, in need of catering, or just want to treat your grandparents or special someone, I highly recommend...
Read moreBad service, overpriced chicken salad sandwich and cup of cold soup. Went there for lunch with the family of 4. The majority of the food was cold. Being that we were among the first customers there it boggled my mind. Portions were small for the almost $70 dollar tab I paid for pasta, soup and chicken salad which is absolutely absurd. If the taste of the food was superior I would understand but I’ve had better chicken salad from the cold section at Sam’s Club. Our food was served and the waitress didn’t come back until the end of the meal so I couldn’t ask for my soup to be warmed up or exchanged. Mind you, I still paid for the entire ticket so I didn’t expect for or ask for any freebies. The waitress only said she was sorry and walked away. Silverware was pretty disgusting too. I am very picky about clean silverware. I would not go back ever and don’t recommend. Get a soup and sub at subway across the street...
Read moreI have ordered 4 different times, just waiting to be "wowed," but the food isn't at all what it used to be before it was relocated to Crosby. It is bland, and it doesn't ever seem fresh. However, on a positive basis, the croissant bread is very sweet, fluffy, and yummy. You won't get anything the right temperature, though. Also, at my last visit, I was taking my food to go to sit at the park and eat. I asked for some extra salt and pepper packets. The girl who gave me my food was rude about it. Saying something to the effect of the salt and pepper packet was enough that came in my utensil pack. It was a weird transaction and very off-putting, to say the least. I gave it plenty of tries, but unless there is some sort of major menu change, I can't spend any more money at this establishment. This saddens me, as Teapot catered my baby shower 19 years ago, and it holds a special place...
