November 25, 2024 I hate to do this, but I have to leave an update. I went yesterday. I ordered a hot sausage Poboy, a fish and shrimp plate and an order of crawfish egg rolls. I did not finish one thing. There was very little meat on the Poboy. From the cross-section, you could barely see hot sausage peeking through. The bread wasn’t the best type of bread. It was like the Walmart French bread that’s wide and thick. Very soft and crumbly with no type of texture. On top of that, it wasn’t grilled or toasted on either side. It was not good at all. The french fries and the Crawfish egg rolls were filled with grease like they were undercooked, weren’t cooked long enough, reheated or made in old grease.They were not golden brown. They were a dark muddled color. The egg roll did not taste the way I remember it. It was not good either. The shrimp were fine. It was the only thing I could eat on the entire order. The fish was also very greasy and undercooked. The inside was pink. I could be wrong, but I thought I remembered Getting a different sauce with the egg rolls before. Overall, it was a disappointment that I spent $41 and didn’t eat the meal or enjoy it. Consistency is very important. I shouldn’t come one time and everything is five star and come the next time and everything is not even worthy of mentioning.

When I called in a order I had to call twice and she was not professional over the phone she didn’t even ask for my name for my order… I order the 10 wing basket and I got 2 flavors (buffalo and spicy blonde) which they didn’t separate so the wings sauces don’t mixed together and it was not good the buffalo wings taste kinda like smoke ashes and old grease, the spicy blonde has a funky smell and taste like fish and my fries where burnt and old you can tell they use the same grease for all the things they fry and I got charged $14 but online it says it’s $9.99 the lady at the food truck told me that the menu online is old from years ago and that they have not updated the menu prices. Moved to the area recently and was happy to find this near me. First time I wanted shrimp, but they didn’t have any so I settled for fried ribs. They were amazing & the sauce it came with was good with it. Since then, I’ve had the shrimp plate and wings. Both were great. When trying to figure out what kind of wings I wanted, I mentioned that I usually liked lemon pepper (not listed) with buffalo sauce. She quickly said she could do that for me , and did so nicely.
