I made two attempts to go to this Wendy's to get my pregnant wife a Frosty. And the first time I came I ordered two of them and then proceeded to sit in line for over 10 minutes waiting on the person ahead of me to get their order. Wendy's, take a play from the Chick-fil-A Playbook. Tell people to pull off to the side and bring their food out to them and let the rest of us go through. It tends to work for Chick-fil-A I'm sure it can work for you too. When I finally got to the window and it was my turn to pick up my food and pay the frosties had been sitting out there on the counter the entire time. I will however give credit to the young window attendant. Because, when I asked her politely if I may have the two melted frosties replaced she gladly did so. The second time I went, the exact same thing happened again. I had to sit in line for over 10 minutes behind some lady who ordered everything off the menu and looked like bathroom signs would trigger her. When I finally got to the window the employee (who this time did not make the frosties prior to me arriving to the window, good job) seems to be in a race with the manager to get to the frosty machine. They tied. At that point I heard the manager tell the employee it's broken. You are the manager, you knew the machine was broken, and someone placed an order for a product made by that machine 10 minutes ago and now you are addressing the issue... come on dude, you're a grown man. I'm not going to sit and wait for over 15 minutes for a small $1 Frosty. My time is worth more than that and I can get in and out of HEB quicker and Blue Bell Ice Cream makes my wife happier then you're 30 year old Frosty's.
Normally I wouldn't take the time to write a review because like I said my time is worth more than that but since Google asked me while I'm taking a s* I figured I'd let...
Read moreCustomer service is the worst here. I stopped here to grab a quick burger and potato before my webinar. After I pay they tell me it'll be 9 minutes for the potato. I ask for a refund because my webinar starts in less than 10 minutes. I will have just enough time to get home and start the Zoom session.
They won't give me a refund. I ask for the manager. He can't give me a refund either. It can only be given by the general manager. He won't be in until tomorrow. Uh, no. That's not cool. At all. I shouldn't have to return to get what's owned me today.
The manager said the potatoes that were there were bad so he wanted to make them fresh. While I appreciate that, I should've been told before I paid or provided a refund immediately.
I literally haven't been at this location in years because every single time it was something. Last time the bun in my burger was literally hard as a rock.
I will never return. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this place.
Total time waited for my 9 minute potato…27 minutes. Then when I got home I noticed my burger was wrong…gave me a single instead of the...
Read moreThis place is a roll of the dice. No consistency at all. Some days the food is fresh and good other days it's not. The only time they are consistent is when it comes to screwing your order up.
The last 3 times I've ordered son of baconator PLAIN because I cannot eat ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. They gave me the burger with everything on it even though it was suppose to be plain. This is like a $4 burger and they ruin it every single time I have ordered it. Every single time.
Honestly it's my fault for trusting their employees to do their job correctly.
Also you can call them all you want. They will NEVER answer the phone. Everytime my order is wrong I call and have to leave a message.
So if I want THEIR screw up fixed I have to waste another 15 minutes of my limited lunch time and gas to go back up there and explain to them what plain means.
I live pay check to paycheck. This seriously hurts me to my core. $4 burger thrown in the trash and my lunch ruined 3 times now by the a1...
