Winner's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Poor organization, management, and customer service. Sunday September 15th I placed a $100 order for pizza, which I advised would be for 20 people (thinking this might give the company an incentive to impress 20 new customers.) I called at 1PM for an order to be delivered at 6:45PM. That gives them 5 hours to plan and prepare for a rather large order and potential new customers. Obviously not a big enough motivator, because the food arrived 20 minutes late without an apology. In fact I was given excuses and never once did the company from management to driver take responsibility for the lateness. A simple, "I'm sorry we were busy and forgot to get your order out." would have gone a long way, but rather the words "we were busy" were spat at me like it wasn't there fault, but what I heard was "we do not need your business lady." Each of my 20 friends asked where I ordered the pizza because they were enjoying it, but because of the poor customer interaction will not venture to try on their own. The name doesn’t fit whatsoever. Just call the place “we barely made the margin’s pizza”. Let’s start with the pizza, the pizza dough is undercooked and flimsy, needs more structure for handling. The pizza itself is greasy as soon as you take a bite, btw I ordered a supreme. I requested my pizza at 7:30, it is now 9:30 which I received it about 15 mins ago. So almost 2 hours for pizza, that I’d consider under average. If I wanted to host a pizza party, id might as well call Pizza Hut, faster and taste a tad bit better and cheaper. I had also requested for extra sauce, I’m a firm believer that sauce makes up the pizza, which the pizza was pretty scarce with. My only good review that I guess I’d like to add, is as requested they did add green peppers as I asked. Delivery man, doesn’t admit for his mistakes and will make excuses for his lack of directions. So add a note to them for them to call you during delivery so he won’t get lost. Good...

Before I get to the food quality, HOLY COW those prices. Expect to pay upwards for $20 for just a typical large pizza, and I'll go ahead and say that it is not worth one bit of that.

The pizza was bland and overly processed, as if it were a frozen pizza. I could hardly finish my share of it before the cheese solidified. It wasn't anything I'd call "good". I'd honestly rather have any name-brand frozen pizza than whatever this is.

I ordered online and selected a 2-liter of soda. When I answered the door, I was handed a plastic shopping bag full of cans. 4 cans. That's not even close to 2 liters, and I paid $3 for that. With that amount of money, I could have bought an entire 12-pack of cans from any grocery store.

In conclusion, this is the worst pizza delivery I've ever had. I genuinely regret spending my money at this establishment, and will not be doing...
