Yvette is the reason I prefer this location! I treat myself with Scooter’s multiple times per week and I go out of my way to come to this location, specifically because I know that my drink will be made correctly and that I’ll receive exceptional customer service. Not every Scooter’s location is made equal and this is the sweet spot. Yvette specifically keeps me coming back and it’s evident that she cares about the customers. Today is was my birthday and I wanted to go to scooters to get a coffee and a cinnamon roll usually I have a really good experience here but today the girl in the Drive-Thru window just didn't seem to be paying much attention and I wanted to make sure that I was using my birthday coupon for my drink and I was trying to make sure and she goes I already gave you a discount I don't like the fact that when they go there they don't ask you are you using a certain promo code or they just scan it and use it and don't tell you.
