🌟 A Hidden Gem Worth Celebrating Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I had a Chinese grandmother, I imagine this is exactly what her home-cooked meals would taste like; lcomforting, deeply flavorful, and made with so much care. Although I’m Mexican and grew up with different flavors, the food at No Hao stirred that same feeling of nostalgia and love that only a home-cooked meal can bring.

This was our first time visiting Ni Hao, and from the moment we walked in, we were met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. It’s a beautifully kept mom-and-pop restaurant—spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything is so well organized, and the environment immediately puts you at ease. You don’t feel rushed or like “just another customer.” You feel welcomed, like family.

We started with the Sweet-and-Sour Chicken, and wow! this dish set the tone. The chicken was so tender it practically melted in our mouths. Unlike most places that drown it in an overly sugary sauce, Ni Hao’s sweet-and-sour was perfectly balanced, highlighting the crispy texture and natural flavor of the chicken without overpowering it.

Next up was the Beef and Broccoli, and let me just say, it was divine. The beef flanks were buttery-soft, no knife needed, and the broccoli? A dream. Steamed just right, with a vibrant green hue that signaled freshness, and it had a wonderful al dente bite. Each forkful was a reminder that simple ingredients, when cooked with skill and love, can be absolutely unforgettable.

Then came the Wonton Pork Soup, which we now consider a must-have. Every spoonful offered a depth of flavor that spoke of time, care, and tradition. The broth was light yet rich, not oily, and carried the essence of pork, green onion, bok choy, and other aromatics in perfect harmony. The wontons themselves were perfectly portioned, you didn’t need to cut them to take a bite. The pork filling was flavorful and comforting. On a cold day, this soup would be the ultimate comfort, picture sitting by a fireplace with a good book and this bowl of warmth in hand. Yes, it’s that kind of soup.

As if that wasn’t enough, the kind staff surprised us with a complimentary Hot and Spicy Soup. I had never tried anything like it before, it had tofu, assorted vegetables, and an unexpectedly gentle spice that wasn’t overpowering. The flavors were subtle and soul-soothing. Again, perfect for a rainy day or anytime you’re craving something warm and nourishing.

We also ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, which was another showstopper. Not only was it delicious, but the plating was stunning, with a beautiful caviar garnish on top that elevated the dish both in taste and appearance. Every bite was well-balanced, not greasy, and full of fresh shrimp and delicate seasoning. You could see and taste the quality of the ingredients.

We shared all our dishes family-style, and for three of us, the portions were incredibly generous, we had plenty to take home and enjoy again later. Even the steamed rice was worth mentioning, my daughter, who’s quite the rice connoisseur, loved it. Perfect texture, perfect flavor, no need for anything extra.

I genuinely can’t find a single negative thing to say. Not even of the price, I was shocked when we only received a bill of $60 for the three of us. Every dish was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Even if your eyes could taste the food, you’d already be impressed before the first bite. Check out the photos we’ve shared, you’ll see exactly what I mean!

To the team at Ni Hao: thank you. Thank you for putting your heart into every dish, for creating such a warm and welcoming space, and for giving us an experience we’ll never forget. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

To anyone who hasn’t tried Ni Hao yet. What are you waiting for? This is more than just a meal; it’s a culinary hug, and you will not be disappointed. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, you’re in for something truly...

TLDR: Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine is a must‑visit. Kind and patient service, safe for my peanut allergy, and the food and drinks were unforgettable. Try the chicken and shrimp potstickers (D12) and the hand‑punched lemon green tea.

Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine completely won me over. I went for lunch with my family and from the moment we walked in, we were treated so kindly. We were seated right away, and the restaurant had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The lady who served us was incredibly patient and thoughtful. I have a severe peanut allergy and she went out of her way to double check ingredients and make sure I felt safe about what I was eating. That kind of care is rare and it meant so much to me.

The food was absolutely amazing. I have to recommend the chicken and shrimp potstickers, menu item D12. They were so flavorful and cooked perfectly. I loved them so much I finished the whole plate myself.

I also highly recommend the hand punched lemon green tea. It was so refreshing, so beautiful, and so delicious. It paired perfectly with the meal and felt like the kind of drink you keep thinking about long after you finish it.

The service was kind, polite, and patient throughout the entire meal. Everything we ordered tasted incredible, and the whole experience left me excited to come back again. Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine...

Lots of positive reviews here. We went yesterday for lunch. My take....

Service, portions, decor, food quality were great. All ordered lunch combos which appeared as full portions of each dish. Great price for what we got. But all 3 of us thought the food was bland.

General Tsos.... looked like Sweet and Sour chicken. Bright red sauce.... not sweet and not sour and definitely not typical Tsos sauce. Chicken was good with that nice light crunch though.

Beef and Broccoli.... .. good beef, good Broccoli... bland.

Beef Fried Rice.... nothing special.

Beef Roll.... probably my favorite dish we ordered as appetizer. Like a Banh Mi. The bread wrap was warm and crunchy but the roast beef was cold inside. Just different but not bad.

Hot and Sour soup was good. Won Ton Soup was bland.

It definitely has potential, but not going to be high on our list for now due to flavor profile. Great friendly service and clean interior. Was hoping from a convenience factor as it is on our path several...
