Boy howdy lemme tell you about this delicious Korean Fried Chicken place!
I actually meant to take pictures of my food but it was so good we devoured it instantly!
The chicken comes in either bone-in or strip variety. Both are marinated in a spicy marinade (but don't let that put you off of it, it's pretty mild per bite, around the level of black pepper, and a bite of fries with ketchup will reset your spice if that's a concern), and the spice will slowly but surely build up as you eat.
There are two sauces, a garlic soy sauce, and a thicker, sweet and spicy sauce which was my favorite, though both are good. Most novel is the dry rub he has, which is sweet and surprisingly complex, dusted healthily over the chicken with enough to dip more things in. AMAZING! Sweet, savory, and finger lickin good.
Staff (I assume the owner) was really nice and took the time to explain things. The food came out hot and fresh. In fact the bone-in chicken was so high temperature we had to wait a while to eat it! Everything was crispy and delicious.

This is one of the best kind of chicken I ever had. I have seen people drooling over the chicken fry in Korean dramas and realized what they were talking about only after eating from here. Always fresh and tasty. Prices were also lower than other business or chains, but nothing can beat the taste.

I always wanted to try this place but they don’t open until noon and my lunch is at 11. By the time I’m off they’re closed. So this Saturday I was super excited to come and try it (I’m in tomball/cypress area) but when I arrived on Saturday at 130 pm it was CLOSED! I’m so disappointed. There’s no sign or anything posted to let you know anything and there’s no number on here to call. Did they shut down permanently? When will they reopen?
