Subway — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Picked up an online order this afternoon in a torrential downpour. Get home and neither sandwich was made correctly. As opposed to going back out in the weather I messaged subway directly. Had to put in store numbers, order numbers, and all sorts of information so they can identify the store and order. They responded very quickly. However, all I received was an email from a person claiming to be the area manager, Socorro Solis, that basically said oops, our bad, better luck next time. The email was extremely possessive, talking about his store, and his staff, but didn’t offer any means of fixing my problems. Obviously customer service isn’t a priority for this subway so I won’t be returning. As for this Solis individual. If I was a secret shopper this store would of failed so bad. No one says hello when a customer enters, no I'll be with you in a sec, just stand at the front awkwardly until the person decides to say something. Unfortunately today the person working has no problem talking and interacting with her significant other or friend but if you werent you were welcomed with nothing. The interactions was like talking to a chalk board while someone rubs their nails on it. Also not very professional to be wearing airpods while working or taking someone's order. Im assuming she's a shift lead or some kind of manager because she was by herself. Re- Training needs to be implemented. Also having both lettuce out with red all over it is saying you do not serve fresh food....

Ordered (3)6 inch subs and all came with only bread, 2 slices meat & 1 triangle of cheese and drowning in mustard and mayo. I called the store and the lady said she made them but there was only 2 of them in the store. So I asked for her name and the owner of the store and suddenly she could no longer speak. She was rude and asked me “have you ever worked in a sandwich store before” and I answered “yes” and she state “ I doubt you have by your answer.” These were gross and the girl who got the tuna sub (I don’t think it had tuna on it-it didn’t smell that way anyway !!!!
