I love TACOS!!! I really like this truck because I can get food for everyone in my Family. My sister is vegan so it's important that the beans they serve are not cooked in or with any animal products. She loved the veggie tacos I got her on a previous visit so I got her the veggie burrito on this visit. She demolished it! I like that they took time to toast the outside for added flavor. The tacos are sold as singles or 2 for $5. My niece really enjoyed the chicken tacos which comes with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese. Her Mom liked the Carne Asada tacos and I enjoyed the Pastor and Skirt Steak tacos. I also tried the veggie tacos with everything(cause Iam not a vegan).. delicious!They will customize your toppings at your request. I also tried the tamales and they were good. As much as I like the food, I do wish they used more sustainable or at least, smaller packaging. Each two tacos came in a big styrofoam container. I would have been satisfied with parchment and /or small piece of foil. However, I am looking forward to going back to try more items on the menu. The truck sits in the very large parking lot of a Mexican restaurant so there is plenty of parking space. The staff is efficient and courteous. This taco truck did not miss! We both ordered tacos 2 different types and the flavor was there for both. I was delighted by the filling for the veggie tacos: beans, rice, lettuce, pico, sour cream, cheese and avocado. So delicious I really appreciated the freshness of the veggies. My co worker had steak tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I’ve never seen a more meat filled quesadilla. He said it had excellent flavor. Extremely unprofessional. Booked their truck to come to our event and they claimed they had "no idea" even though we had communicated a lot throughout our booking process. I called them 4 times to confirm. Was told that they would be here. And they cancelled on us the day of the event. There was a lack of communication from them and as a business that is unacceptable.
