I ordered a chocolate chip frappe with two mcgriddles, and 2 hash browns. I ordered through Uber eats. It said it usually would take 15 to 25 minutes for my order to be at my door from McDonald's. I waited 40 minutes and still didn't get any of my food. I called and a worker picked up the call and said that I didn't order and I did!!!!! She said the system was down but why would you still have it available on Uber eats?! Then all of a "sudden" she seen my order. She said my Uber driver was there. I finally got my food and my driver said the lady had an attitude and didn't want to make my food. She said she showed them her Uber eats ID and everything. She said she was there for 15 minutes waiting for it. I also did not get my chocolate chip frappe I got a caramel one. This McDonald's should be out of business. I hate poor customer service. I will never be going there...
Read moreCame to this location this morning for breakfast for me & my daughter. I was just trying to clarify & confirm that I wanted the sausage mcgriddle plain. Due to other experiences in other McDonald's, it's normally confirmed that I don't want cheese or anything else regardless of if it comes without! The drive thru cashier was very rude stating that's how it comes in a very rude tone of voice & rushing me with the rest of my order! Not what you say but how you say it! I was so irritated from that I pulled out of the long drive through line & went elsewhere! You are talking & dealing with the public on a daily, if you can't show customer service, find another job Because somebody else might want to slap you for your rudeness on the job! Rather the sandwich came plain already or not, could've been communicated a little better! Don't worry I want ever be back to this...
