I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! First, let me start by saying I visit this location at least 6 times a month-- my family loves the subs. But today I was taken aback by the service I received. I went through the drive- thru, which I very seldom do, so when I was handed my two sandwiches I decided to pull them out to make sure they were made correctly. I must have received a defective sleeve because one of the sandwiches fell straight out of the bottom of the plastic sleeve onto my car floor. I honked my horn and told the cashier what happened and she went to get the sandwich maker. When he got to the window I told him what happened and handed him the sandwich, he didn't look too happy about me requesting that he make me another sandwich but he obliged. Fast forward to me opening up the sandwich in the car and observing hair and small pebbles inside of the sandwich!!!! I have a dog so I know the hair came from the floor of my car! Needless to say he put the same meat back on my sandwich!!!! I called to complain but of course the sandwich maker wouldn't fess up! This location has decent reviews but DON'T USE THE DRIVE THRU!!! JUST NASTY! I'm going to try the location on Torrance in Calumet City. And I will take this up with the owner!

Read moreI ordered from this location on Sunday via UberEats after 8pm. They have a promotion for buy one get one. I ordered 4 subs, and I should have gotten 8 in total. When I received my food, I noticed only 4 were in there. Instead of me calling UberEats, I went in to try to rectify the problem. The workers were smug, and VERY RUDE. The young man at the register told me that it was an UberEats problem, not their problem, because of the receipt. I showed him the app and pulled up the menu, that is pertained to this specific location to show him. He acknowledged that there was promotion, but it was still an UberEats problem, even though they are the ones that prepared, and packaged my order. Then a young lady came to the register, said the same thing in a very rude manner, and took my food. I called UberEats and waited in the store to speak with customer service, and even UberEats acknowledged that they were in the wrong by not honoring their promotion. I will never come to this location again, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. If you have a promotion on a platform such as UberEats it should be honored....

I went on 6/19/22 and ordered a club sub and ask for my sandwich hot along with crispy bacon on sandwich well the bacon was dam near done and I orders cheese sticks and gave em back and ask for some fresh ones that was cooked all the way through because the first order was soggy and not even hot. 1 spent $21.99 on food I threw away when i got home. I wish i had opened my sandwich before pulling off because of i had i would have given it back. They did give me the cheese sticks back and they were hot this time but all broken up and still soggy. They microwaved them to make em hot. I try and support the business in my community and I also recommend them to a lot of people who comes in my hotel asking where to get a good sub sandwich from. I won’t be doing that again. I will just take the extra ride and go to The South Holland or the one on Torrence locations.
