I went there for a family member birthday and unfortunately I was denied entrance due by the owner due to I had my medical alert service dog with and I had all proper id stating that I was told that because they serve food and because of alot of weed smoke that it was not sanitary to have a service dog inside .NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY AT ALL. EDIT TO THE OWNER I CLEARLY STATED TO YOUR SECURITY STAFF AND ONE OF YOUR FEMALE EMPLOYEES THAT I HAD A MEDICAL ALERT SERVICE DOG AND ALSO PRESENTED IDENTIFICATION AND MY SERVICE DOG PAPERWORK, EVEN THOUGH BY LAW, I DIDN'T HAVE TO AND YOUR EMPLOYEE CAME AND SAID THAT SHE SPOKE TO YOU. GAVE YOU THE LOGISTICS OF PROPER PAPERWORK AND EVERYTHING AND THAT YOU STATED THAT YOU DID NOT CARE ABOUT THAT. NO DOGS WERE ALLOWED. IT DID NOT MATTER THAT IT WAS A MEDICAL ALERT SERVICE DOG. IT WAS NOT AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL AT ALL, AND I MADE SURE TO PUT EMPHASIS ON THAT. THAT HE WAS A SEIZURE, ALERT, MEDICAL ALERT. DOG HE ALSO HAD HIS PROPER SERVICE. DOG VESTON EVEN THOUGH BY LAW, HE IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE THAT. NOT TO MENTION MY SISTER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED AND TOLD SECURITY THE SAME THING, AND I WILL STILL DENY ENTRY FOR MY BROTHER'S BIRTHDAY. BECAUSE PER YOUR EMPLOYEES RESPONSE THAT YOU INFORMED THEM THAT I WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COME IN WITH MY SERVICE. DOG AND YOUR SECURITY FOLLOWED UP WITH. IT'S A LOT OF WEED SMOKING GOING ON INSIDE AND YOUR FEMALE STAFF THAT HAD HER EMPLOYEE SHIRT ON STATED THAT BECAUSE YOU GUYS WERE SERVING FOOD THAT IT WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT SANITARY. FOR EVERYONE ELSE, FOR ME TO BE IN THERE WITH A SERVICE DOG PERIOD. SO CLEARLY YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THE SECURITY THAT YOU EMPLOY GAVE OUT INACCURATE INFORMATION, IF I'M GOING OFF OF YOUR RESPONSE TO MY ONE START REVIEW. AND WITH YOU MENTIONING UP, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED. IT WAS STATED SEVERAL TIMES THAT IT WAS A MEDICAL ALERT. SERVICE ANIMAL TO YOUR SECURITY AND YOUR FEMALE STAFF THAT CAME OUT...

Read moreThe food is good but I don't understand why they don't serve cornbread. you have it on a menu and every time I go you have a different excuse saying you ran out how do you have food and don't have cornbread. or some type of garlic bread...will not be returning back it doesn't make sense for your to say you're soul food and you don't have cornbread.its own a menu and in when I get there yesterday which is August the 1st of 2020. and I asked The waitress. If I could speak to the manager and she comes back to tell me the manager is out.nobody runs a company and a manager just don't leave without somebody's in charge and then when I spoke to a guy, he pretended he was a acting manager...you all need to get your act together and why not take the cornbread off the list it's irresponsible for you all to say you have something...
