T-REX BBQ! — Restaurant in Three Forks

Am I writing this review way late? Yes.

But it was too good to ignore.

If you only remember one thing about this review it's this: Pineapple Pork Belly Burnt Ends.

Yup, that's it. That's my whole review. Just kidding. But seriously, it's so good!

The tender pieces of pork belly are slow smoked with pineapple to create one of the most tasty bites of bbq I've ever had.

T-Rex BBQ also has a few classics like brisket, pulled pork, and St. Louis ribs. The ribs were my second favorite meat of the day. The brisket was good too but just a tiny bit dry in my opinion.

I got the sweet corn cake and baked beans as my sides. They were complimentary to my meal but not overly exciting.

We also tried the Dino dip. It was yummy as well, I just wish I had more chips.

The team here is very personable. We were one of the first ones there for an early Saturday dinner and had the time to chat with the crew. They even filled up a bowl of water for our dog which was incredibly sweet.

Keep an eye on their Facebook page for closure updates! The first time we tried to stop by, they were closed.

Can't wait til the next time I can get my hands on...
