Horrible. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! This place is filthy and so disgusting. Floors sticky and various spills evident. Dirty tables and chairs. Flies everywhere. Flies mating, swarming and Thick in the air. Where's the AC at??? Its 80 degrees in there. People goofing off and talking on phones while customers are trying to order. Wow. Unbelievable . I will never come back and I will be posting about this to friends and family. I am writing a review after $60 spent on Cold fries, dirty drink machine which was filthy and the quality of sodas was horrible, Burgers missing bacon, missing sauce, and seemed like they were not freshly made. I really hope this reaches the GM or DM's of this establishment. This is poor. I hope a QAE gets done because if it so much as gets a C rating then someone isn't paying attention to how things are going in there. Never going back and if you are considering ordering I suggest you park and go inside and look at how disgusting it is. Don't know how it stays operating. Sick to stomach and had to shower after I got home. As far as sanitation and Covid Regs its not abiding nor is it sanitary enough to dine in or take out. No hand sanitizer, no wipes, service counter filthy....
Read moreI don't know what is going on with Wendy's and McDonald's right now but lately I've been getting bad customer service! Tifton, Albany, Bainbridge, no matter where I go the work ethic is not the same as it used to be. They charge more for the food but the restrooms are nasty, the dining rooms are never clean. I should not have to clean my own table just to sit down to eat. At Wendy's on 20th street, I swear I'm sitting in the drive thru at least 20 min every time I go. I go in to see what's going on and no one is in a hurry to do anything about it. When I worked at these places as a teen we hustled on every order or we were fired because we had time limits! I continously have to ask for my fry carton to be filled up. I'm not paying $3 for a half of carton of fries! Always check your order because 6 out of 10 times its wrong. Then when you complain they look at you like you wrong, like you are a burden to them. Also make sure you pay attention to inspection scores before you eat because some of them (Bainbridge) are...
Read moreI ordered my food and asked for it to be made fresh and stated I was willing to wait. The young lady stated that they just started lunch and everything was fresh(lunch had started 40 minutes ago). However, my food was not fresh made. I went inside and asked for my food to be remade fresh. They gave me new sandwiches and they were not fresh either. One felt hot and the other was barely warm (I touched the chicken directly). I had one meal returned because my son had ate the frosty and some fries already. I gave him the sandwich that felt hot and his response was that the other felt hotter than this one and it wasn’t fresh. The manager and employees in the store were very nonchalant and cared nothing about customer service. One manager was bent, over-the-counter talking to someone looking at a phone.
