Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tilton

I have written a formal letter to the Little Cesaer's corporate office with more details. Due to character limits, here are my specific compliments to this store and staff:

When we watch those Little Caesars ad’s promising excellent Pizza at that famous hot-n-ready price, THIS is the pizza and service we imagine we’ll get, and we got it every time. Every time. Really, couldn’t be happier!

One of the pivotal things about a good pizza pie is an excellent crust. An excellent crust is like fresh baked bread with a slightly fried (crispy/crunchy) bottom. 
 While the franchise as a whole still needs work on the slightly fried bottom, this particular Express store has nailed the freshly baked bread crust. They’ve also nailed the robust sauce with herbs you can taste like a melody woven WITHIN the roasted tomato, and not sitting on top of it, at a ratio that is complimentary to said crust! YES! 
 A good sauce is the nectar of the pizza, and maybe I’m getting a little elaborate with my descriptions, but that cheese and pepperoni topping (let’s face it; pun intended) are the very proverbial bloom that draws us hungry eaters to the pizza at first sight!
 While specific tastes may vary on what that ratio range is on these points, I personally think it worth asking someone with company vision and authority to check out this particular express store’s pizza pie process. Ask for Kenzie Barr, the Manager of the Little Caesars Express (Mach 1 #24), as she is someone I have personally seen working the process herself. Kenzie Barr, I asked if I could have your name to write on the business card, but you told me it was already there. I laughed but was pleased to discover you were not just an employee, you’re the manager! I was helping family up here in Illinois, and picked up a couple art commissions too while I was here, and having you there at the Little Cesaer’s Express just a few miles away has been wonderful! I compliment you and your employees for those prompt 10 AM pizza’s too, because not everyone operates on a 9am-5pm work schedule! I compliment your disposition as a person working in the industry of fast and on the go! Most of all, I thank you for being you and for standing as such a shining example of both employee and management, and as a human being. I don’t know you intimately, but our interactions though brief were meaningful to me because your friendliness, speed and efficiency, and really good pizza’s helped me just keep on keeping on with what was important and not fretting about food!

I asked SPECIFICALLY if they serve large, pepperoni deep dish being as they had the deep dish meal deal. The large is basically 2 of the "personal pan" meal deal pizzas in a large box. The girl told me they did... I repeated my order for the pizza to make sure she got the right item.. why did we still get a regular MEDIUM pepperoni. 🙄 And she acted like she had an attitude because she had to do her job. I had my husband go back in to have them fix it.. she gave him a smaller pizza, deep dish though, for the same price. 😤 at that point, I told him to just come on so we could leave, so I didn't go back in there. Whenever I call and order a pizza or wings, they always say it will be done in 10 minutes but when I show up 10 minutes later to get my pizza, the proceed to tell me they just put it in the oven. This has happened every single time I've went there but one time last year. It's not a turn off cause I love the food, but give people a more realistic time frame so we don't sit there's for another 15-20...
