To give you a little back ground about myself. I've worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. I complete understand the frustrations from an employee point of view. With that being said, I've never received such terrible service, and lack of professionalism. To start, I pulled into the drive thru and placed my order. The young lady was very polite and read my order back to me and gave me the total. I then pulled forward to the window where my order was completely lost. Keep in mind, this was in the morning and at that time there was only one car ahead of me and no one behind me. So I had to replace my order, needless to say I was irritated at this point. As I'm waiting, there is another employee standing back from the drive thru window. I noticed her looking and staring, so naturally I stared back. She became annoyed as if I did something wrong to her. Complete lack of friendliness and customer service. The last thing that sent me over the edge was, I order a breakfast bowl. I was given the bowl but no utensil to eat with. So it waited until I was able to stop and get some. By this time the food is cold and disgusting.    Read moreThis restaurant has been a staple for my family and I. I have noticed the service here at this location deteriorating over the last year. After my experience last night we will no longer spend our money there. I arrived in line at the drive thru @ 8:07pm. Finally received my food @ the window @ 8:25. I decided to eat my dinner in the parking lot. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a fry. I was asked while ordering if I wanted any condiments. I asked for ketchup...the employee asked if 2 was sufficient. I agreed. When I finally arrived at the window they handed me my bag. I looked inside and saw no ketchup. Before driving away I asked politely for some ketchup. I was told it should have been in the bag. I informed the employee there was not any provided. I did not realize at that time that my bag included a box of chicken strips only...not my order. I waited patiently for 18 minutes to have my order be wrong. I went into the dining area to get the right order. The kids working in this store were not the polite employees I was used to. I decided to get a refund based on that fact.    Read moreIâve been to the Chick-fil-A in Timnath more times than I can count â for both dine-in and takeout â and every visit has been reliably excellent. But this last visit stood out in a way that made it truly special.
I came in with my daughter for a little daddy-daughter date. She got the classic kidsâ meal with chicken nuggets, I got the grown-up version (also nuggets â some things never get old), and we shared some perfectly crispy waffle fries and sodas. The food was as delicious as ever â hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-Aâs top-tier consistency.
But what made this visit memorable was the people. The staff didnât just serve us â they went above and beyond. They memorized my daughterâs name and treated her like royalty. You could tell they cared about the experience, not just the transaction. It made us both feel welcome and valued.
The restaurant itself was spotless, the service was fast, and even though they were busy, there was zero drop in quality. Itâs rare to see a team that consistently nails both the operational side and the human side of customer service.
