This location is either hit or completely miss. Don't arrive within about an hr- 1.5 hrs of closing, you'll get scraps if you're lucky. literally!
Most other times I think it's pretty good. Especially when you consider just how many people seem to come here everyday. It has to be in the thousands or REAL CLOSE to it! I can't imagine having to deal with and please that many people every day, non-stop! That would be brutal, I think.. so because of that, I cut them a lot of slack.
The food, if what you want is available, which is for the most part (at least around 6 pm when I usually have gone), is always good. Warm, cooked well and fair sized portions (usually!) and I always feel good about eating it. Which in the past at other locations, not so much.. here I feel much better about it.
I don't like the, idk what exactly to call it exactly, laziness maybe? When you arrive anywhere close to closing and they are out of everything and refuse to make more when they run out, that's an issue... the other thing that has been upsetting is when I order the "Honey Walnut Shrimp", which I ALWAYS order. They charge you like an extra $2 or so (I think it's about $2), but sometimes I get home and see that they only gave me a TINY TINY LITTLE PORTION! Like, last time, I had 4 tiny little pieces of shrimp! That's just not acceptable to me. Especially when they already charge you a lot more for it. Honestly, it wouldn't even satisfy a 5 lb dogs appetite! It's been happening way too frequently here recently. Really don't like...
   Read moreI cannot give this location a good review, Poor customer service, POOR! This location Closed an hour before the posted operating times on the entry doors. Went through the drive through, apparently it was still âopenâ. When I approached, I was told to order what I wanted and they would tell me what they didnât have, and recommend something different? I was not able to clearly understand the employee⌠I ordered, and was told twice we donât have that. So I kindly digressed and said I would be moving along. As I drive past the window the drive through attendant was waving sarcastically out the window saying âgoodbye sir!â âŚ. Poor, poor, POOR. I would recommend that Corp. Panda Express send in a damage control GM and Seasoned crew to handle this terrible locations deficiencies. What a terrible experienceâŚ. Very disappointing. Hire people whom speak clear English and have respect for customers. Total garbage experience. Iâd rather eat McDonalds...

We ordered two plates at the drive through, they were out of mushroom chicken so we ordered something else, no big deal, right? The girl taking the order confused herself so badly we got half our food and a completely different receipt. She end up deleting part of the order, changing it to fried rice and some random side. This was after repeating the order back to us. A drink was missing and the food we got wasnât even what was rang in, plus half of it was missing. We asked about one missing drink and the guy at the window, goes its on the house. Great, what about the missing food? He ignored us and closed the window.
