Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Timnath

How do they do it?? Honestly, how??? Every Dutch Brothers I have stopped at has the best people working there time and time again. The employees always seem happy and like they actually care. Yes, I know they have the same conversation car after car but somehow they always make you feel unique and like they are actually listening. I actually feel like we are old friends just catching up after an unexpected run in to someone you haven’t seen in awhile. This location took it to a whole new level so I chose to write my review for this one. My wife and I stopped in the day after their grand opening and she was hopeful to get one of their keychains that are exclusive to the grand opening (who knew??? Not me) she asked the guy taking our orders if they still had any and he said. They were all gone but he’d be happy to give her his!! I told him no it was fine and he insisted. Next thing we know he’s running inside and giving her his keychain. He said that he wasn’t going to use it so here you go. How cool is that? How unexpected!! Since then we have frequented a lot of Dutch Bros, mainly this one. Whoever is in charge of hiring, training and managing Dutch Bros. Especially this location… you are worth your wight in gold. It is impossible to find people with their skills. Oh yeah and the coffee/ drinks are great, I think…. For sure better than the big corporation that put coffee on every corner but I’d go there if the coffee was bad just for the experience and see my old friend I haven’t seen in awhile. Sorry no pics for this review cause well it’s coffee and drinks. But if I get a chance to steal my wife’s key and take a picture of the key chain, I will update this review with a picture of that. Ps it’s pretty cool and reminds me of the old hotels… you know back when you needed a key...

Really excited to have a Dutch Bros open up right around the corner. Unfortunately order accuracy has been an issue. Last 3 visits my order has been wrong every time. And I don’t order anything complicated… Large Americano with 2 Stevia. I understand it’s a fun work environment but maybe turn the music down and listen until you can get the order right.
