I am a very frequent customer at hot head. I admit, I get it multiple times per week! Today, while the kids are off for spring break, we all went for a treat at out local branch. We were met with kind personalities and a great team- like always. Unfortunately, the rewards program went 100% electric before it was ready. Every time I go to this branch the rewards system does not yet work. After spending $20 today, I still get no rewards for my loyalty. I not only cannot redeem my already added points, but cannot add loyalty points from the store or even from my recipet when I get home. I hope this post helps. The restaurant, employees and food is great! I just wish I could get my points like I am supposed to get. Kids said it was the best food they have had in a long time:) corporate, please fix the loyalty system at this branch so I can give them my continued business and update to the 5 stars like...
Read moreSo I live Dayton, I’ve been going to hot head since they only had the one store on Smithville. I go to the one on brown street weekly. But This location has too many issues to list. the manger working gave me attitude for asking for plain rice, their meat was cut so small it looked like dog food, since it was so small it didn’t hold any heat so by the time I set down it was ice cold. The burrito itself was the size of my fist which is really small. Also they had pop up for extreme habanero on the walls a sauce that was discontinued a few years ago, which shows the laziest and lack of good management at this location. As a person that runs a Business I can see the issues. And this needs to be addressed. And by reading the other reviews my experience doesn’t...
Read moreWhen it comes to Hot Head Burritos, this is the prime example of what one of these franchises should be. The Food and employees are the best. Bar none. They are so good that I refuse to go to any other location. I've been to the other ones close to this location and the employees didn't do anything wrong. But they certainly were not the same as the ones at the Tipp City location. I have tried everything besides one item that is on the menu. So far, I have yet to come across anything that I do not like. For extra fun, I have the employees make me whatever they feel like making. Again, I have yet to have anything that I do not like. So if you have never tried Hot Head, or you just haven't tried this location, take the trip to the one in Tipp. You will...
