McDonald's — Restaurant in Tittabawassee Township

Among many visits that the order is incorrect, we always check the bag now to make sure we have our items. This morning we ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel, bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, burrito with mild sauce, and two hashbrowns. When we received the order (in a very busy drive thru) we quickly checked the bag and found 2 hashbrowns, a sauce packet, burrito, small sandwich and bagel sandwich, and drove away actually surprised all our items were there. We get home and find that the sauce packet was hot, not mild (I can't have because of heartburn), a bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle (revolting to me to have that syrupy sweet pancake with cheese and egg so I just ate the inside and tossed the mcgriddle part of it), and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel that had hardly any bacon on it. Not only was it upsetting to receive the wrong food items, but also knowing we paid for higher priced food and got lesser priced products. Incompetance and theft, as far as I am concerned. This is ridiculous. The receipt was correct. I like McDonald's food when I actually get what I ordered and paid for, and when it is prepared correctly. I am just done going to this place because I can't recall the last time I went there that I didn't have to remind them to give me the correct order or I was in a hurry and didn't check thoroughly enough and ended up with the wrong order. Both drive thru lines were full halfway around the building, not unexpected on a Saturday morning at 9:30am. After I places my order it took me another 6 minutes to get to the pay window and then when I pulled to the pick up window, she told me to pull ahead and park. I couldn't believe I was in line for almost 7 minutes and STILL had to be parked, for just 1 sandwich and hash brown. When I was parked behind 1 car waiting, I watched the next 6 cars get pulled to the side without any food. After another 4 minutes they brought out 1 order to the car in front of me, nothing else to the other 8 of us now. 2 minutes a kid comes out with 3 bags, give me one and walks away. Doubting their competence I checked my bag and sure enough, it wasn't mine. I blew my horn and he came back and got it so at least 1 more person wouldn't have to wait. I repeated my order of JUST 1 SANDWICH AND A HASH BROWN and finally after 2 more minutes my cold food was brought to me. I could have gone in to Riverside and got better food for about the same price and probably quicker. This locations service has been getting terrible in the recent couple years but this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I don't go there very often because their priced have skyrocketed but I honestly can't remember the last time I went there and actually received my order without being parked, even in the middle of the week...

Every time I go here I get a large fry for the pets . The fry isn't full to the top let alone should be bringing over. Once at the 5th time this happens I drive back around & complained. The person at the window said.... their probably in the bottom of the back did you ck? I said those many, why would you dump fries in the bag? I showed her the bag. Oh... so a month later I go back same freaking thing w large fry & the sm fry, are not full. DON'T GO THERE!!! I feel the owner has conveyed to the mngr.... to save some $$ so shorting fries is it. To much of a coincidence for it to be happening on a regular basis. I also stopped for coffee on February 9 at 530a for coffee n sausage sandwich w extra cheese....they where made Ahead of time! The extra cheese wasn't melted. Yuk!! And atmosphere you don't get spoken to, you don't get greeted, you enter push buttons on a screen wait for your number to be called!!!! WHAT ATMOSPHERE! Midland is a nice town we don't need a business like that here. This is the location on the corner of saginaw rd near the hospital. Go to the location further down saginaw. As a community, if we put a hurt on their business maybe they will realize people in Midland won't tolerate that & pull it together! I know fries, Really lady? No it's Not about the French Fries!
